The Alpha heir

Erin POV

It's been a week since we got to see our baby. John's sister said she wanted to do a gender reveal so she took the picture of the baby that was supposed to tell us what we are having. I along with everyone in the pack find out here in a few hours what the gender is.  John has been busy working since we found out my parents passed. I'm supposed to head to the castle to take my place as queen, but I'm not sure if I am ready to be queen especially since I'm having a baby here in three months. 

"Hey girl you need to get up and get ready for the gender reveal." "Ok I'll go get ready, have my out fit put on the bed Cass and I'll be out in a few minutes." She just smiled while I walked to the bathroom. I stripped out of my night gown and started the water. While I was waiting I noticed my baby bump. I was starting to show and I'm due in three months. I hop in the shower and start washing and shaving before I can't see it to shave. While I was washing my hair I felt two strong warms wrap around me. I played my head on his chest and just relaxed. "How are my babies today?" "We are good my dear. How are you feeling today?" He looks at me and smiles. "I'm ready to know the gender but I'll love them either way." I smile and lean up to kiss him. After I kiss him I get out of the shower and let him wash. I walk into the room to find that there is a white dress laid on the bed for me.

I walk to my dresser and pull out a pair of white lace panties and a matching bra. As I'm finished getting dressed here comes John into the room with a pair of jeans and a down blue shirt on. I also notice he shaved. "You look amazing babe and so young now that you shaved." He winks at me and says " that's not all I shaved my dear and you look absolutely gorgeous." I smile and blush as he is leaving the room. Cassie comes in telling me it's time for the reveal.

"So today is the day we all find out what the gender of the Alpha and Lunas  baby is. Luna I will be blind folding you and Alpha, then I will put paint on the Alphas hands and place them on your bump. When it's done I'll tell y'all to remove your blind folds to reveal the gender." I just shake my head at cassie as she starts to blind fold me. Then I feel Johns hands on my baby bump. "You may remove your blind folds." I look down at the baby bump and smile till I start tiring up. I look up and John also has tires in his eyes.

"Ladies and gentlemen we are having a boy. The new heir to the throw and pack alpha. His name will be Kaden love-good blood." All you hear is cheers and some shifted and started howling. I felt at peace knowing that our baby was safe as long as our pack was around. We started to mingle with the pack. Cassie had set up a cookout afterwards for everyone to enjoy and spend time together. John's parent's congratulated us then went their separate ways. They are still warming up to me because of the whole enemy pack thing. 

***********later that night*************

JOHN POV

I was waiting for Erin to come to bed when I heard a loud thud in the bathroom. I run to the bathroom door but it won't budge. She locked the door so I kick it down when I find her laying in the floor of the shower.  I see blood and panic. I grab a towel and pick her up running down stairs and to the pack hospital. I had already linked the doctor and he was waiting for us at the door. " Alpha what is wrong?" "I found her in the shower out cold and blood coming from between her legs." He looks at me then rushes me into a room to lay her down then he kicks me out. 

It's been a couple hours since she has been in the operating room. My sister and brother Tim came to sit with me. My mom and dad even stopped by to see if there was any news on her or the baby, but they left shortly after. The whole pack is waiting to hear if there Luna and future Alpha are ok.

"Alpha the baby is fine but the Luna is going to need a lot of time to recover." Dr.Steve said. "May I see her?" He shakes his head yes. I walk into her room and walk up to her bed. She looks so pale. They have her hooked up to a few monitors and a monitor for the baby. You can hear their heart beats and it makes me cry to see her like this. I lean over and kiss her on the head then I sit in the chair beside her. Eventually I dose off to sleep.
