Erin’s POV

Waking up to find that my son was here and healthy was amazing, but missing the birth of my first born hurt. Watching John hold our son is making my heart swell with love, joy and happiness. We decided to name him Liam. At first John wasn’t to sure about the name , but I loved the name because it was my dad’s middle name.

John told me I had two weeks before we’re crowned king and queen. I’m still feeling uneasy about it. “ Erin are you okay my love?” I look at John and smile. “ I’m fine, just nervous about being queen and raising Liam in the kingdom instead of here.” John just looks at me with this confused look. “ Babe I was raised in the castle and didn’t have to do anything for my self. I just don’t want Liam to be a spoiled brat when he gets older. Plus we will be raising the first boy born since my uncle and Liam will one day be king.”

John’s POV

I look at her and I’m worried about how we are going to get through this. I know she is scared but I also know she is strong and ready to take her place as queen. “ Erin I love you and we will get through this together. I promise.”

She smiles at me and then looks down at Liam and kisses his forehead. “ Honey I’m going to the office to call you uncle and let him know your okay. I will also be letting him know that we will be ready in two weeks on the next full moon for the coronation.” She just shakes her head and looks back at Liam.

When I get to my office I make the call. “ Hello beta Charles, your niece is awake and she will be ready by the next full moon.” “Thank you for letting me know Alpha John. Give her my best and I will see you in two weeks.” He hangs up and I sit there thinking about everything that’s happened in the last few months.

Erin’s POV

Sitting in the hospital fixing to get discharged and waiting for some clean clothes thinking about everything that is going on. John has been gone for and hour and I’m worried about him, but the doctor told me not to stress about it. A few minutes later Sue comes in with some clothes. I hand her Liam and walk into the bathroom so I can shower.

While I’m in the shower I feel two strong arms wrap around me. With the sparks shooting up my arms I automatically know who it is. I turn around to face him. He leans in and kisses me with so much passion that I’m instantly wet. He slides his hands down the just under my a** and picks me up so my legs are around his waist. He slams me against the shower wall and growls. His hand slowly makes its way to my wet p***y and slides his finger up and down my nub. He lifts me up to where my legs are on his shoulders. John reply’s “we are fine mom just enjoying my wife again now that she’s awake.” Sue doesn’t say anything else. We finish with both of us panting after our orgasms. We finish washing and get out.

Once I’m done getting dressed I walk out the bathroom and blush like crazy. “Oh honey no need to be embarrassed about your s*x life. It’s natural for a alpha to take his wife where ever he can. I’m glad your back to being yourself again.” “Thank you mom it’s nice to see I’ve been missed the last four months.” She just smiles at me and hands me Liam.

An hour later the doctor comes in with the discharge paperwork for me to sign. After that we head home. Ellen our cook has made my favorite for dinner. As we are all enjoying dinner I start to think about what it would be like if I never excepted John as my mate. I wouldn’t have my son. I wouldn’t be happy. I love this man.
