Telling There Parent's

JOHN'S POV

    It's been a few days since I've spent time with my mate, but I know we both have to think about the packs and how we are going to let our parent's know whats going on. Tim keeps telling me I should just call mom and dad because in a week I'll be heading home to assume the position of alpha from my dad. So finally I decided that I would call my dad and talk to him about it and see what he wants me to do. I take my phone out and dial the number I have for my dad and he picks up after the third ring.

"hello Alpha Swift speaking"

"Hey dad it's me John. I need to talk to you about something important."

"Well what is it boy I have other things to do today besides be on the phone with you"

"It's about my mate and who her parent's are."

"Who are they John? Stop stalling your starting to piss me off."

"They are they King and Queen. They hate our pack because of what grandfather did and now I don't know what to do to keep my mate. I don't know if they'll make her reject me or not, but it hurts just thinking about it."

"Son listen to me you will be fine you are strong and y'all will have to work this out. Has she told them yet maybe they are willing to patch things up for the sake of their daughter who is the future queen."

"Your right dad thanks for the advice I'll go see if she has told them yet and we will work this out together."

    A few minuets later he hung up and I went to find Erin. When I found her she looked like she had been crying. Her eyes were all red and swollen and her cheeks were stained with tears. I walked up to her and pulled her into a hug and she just started balling in my arms. By the time she had calmed down my shirt was soaked with her tears..

"Erin what's wrong?"

"M-m-my mom a-aaa-nd dad are mad that I found my mate and that you are part of the Blood moon pack."

"Hey it's ok we will figure this out together. I'm not giving up that easy. I love you and you are my life from here on out."

    She just shook her head and smiled at me. I'm hoping we can figure this out before I have to go home in a week to take over.
