I woke up to a ding from my phone as my alarm begins to sound. 'Lucian's as punctual as ever.' I think to myself. It was a little hard to get used to how much he already knew about me when I barely knew anything about him but I will say it was nice to be seen.
Lucian: Good morning, love.
I smiled as I read his message. It's hard to believe that I was scared of him just a couple of weeks ago and now I couldn't think of anyone I felt safer with.
Me: On-time as always.
Lucian: I'll be there in ten to walk you to class.
Ten minutes? Plenty of time. I get out of bed and wrangle my curly hair into an over-the-shoulder braid and throw on a paint-splattered t-shirt and some denim shorts. I look at myself in the mirror and think to myself, 'These shorts are shorter than I thought they'd be.' I check my phone and see Lucian was already here. 'Oh well, no time to change.' I think to myself as I grab my bag and head downstairs.
I let the door close behind me and look down at Lucian sitting against the wall. He looks up at me and his face blushes immediately. I smile inwardly and think to myself, 'Some shorts is all it takes?'
"You ready to go?" I ask him as he stands.
He looks me up and down as he hands me my coffee and says, "Um, yeah. I like your legs- I mean outfit! Sorry! I wasn't staring. I promise." He scrambles and his blush intensifies.
I pull him towards me and whisper in his ear, "Lucian, calm down. We're dating now. You're allowed to look. . . . . . And I kind of like it when you look." I watch as his ear turns red and laugh.
"Okay, then I WAS looking. I was definitely looking." I laugh as I shake my head and walk away. I stop for a second and turn around to find him staring at my ass.
"If you don't stop staring I'm going to be late," I say and he tears his eyes away from my ass with a smile.
"I've gotta say, as much as I loved watching you from a distance, you look even better up close."
"Not creepy at all," I say sarcastically and laugh.
"I know, I know, it probably freaks you out when I say stuff like that."
He hangs his head slightly and I ponder for a moment before I say. "Sometimes. But I love the way you freak me out. . . . Most of the time." I say with a smile.

We arrive at my college and I wait for a second hoping he catches my hints. Based on how much he knows about me I'm expecting a kiss soon. He says, "Have a good day today." He goes to leave and then pauses. He turns around and sees my disappointed expression before a smile plays on his lips and says, "did you really think I didn't notice the hints? I thought you knew me better than that." He pulls me against his chest and his lips capture mine. They move against mine and then I feel him run his tongue on my lower lip requesting to come in and then I part my lips. He deepens the kiss and then his tongue strokes mine. I moan into his mouth and he smiles against my lips before he pulls away.
"People are staring." He mumbles against my lips.
I look around and see several people I've never seen before staring at us. "I should go," I said as I pulled away.
A slight twinge of disappointment became apparent in Lucian's eyes but I kissed him on the cheek and his lips twitched up in a smile. "Text me. I'm never too busy for you." He turned and walked away throwing a wave over his shoulder.

I sit in my art history course and fidget mindlessly with my pencil as my instructor continues on about Picasso's 'blue period' which I would usually be interested in but I couldn't get my mind off that kiss. I touch my lips feeling them as his warm still linger causing my lips to tingle slightly.
I pull out my phone and text Lucian.
Me: Watcha doin'?
Lucian: Thinking of you. Wby?
Me: Same. That kiss was . . . WOW!
I smile down at my phone as our conversation progresses but my mind always drifts back to the intensity of that kiss and how much more I wanted to do with Lucian.
Me: When do your classes end?
Lucian: 5. Why?
Me: Want to come over to my place tonight? We can order some food and watch Netflix.
Lucian: Are you sure you are ready for me to be inside your room? I wouldn't want you to feel uncomfortable.
Me: I've been thinking about it for a while now and I think I'm more than ready.
Lucian: Then I'm thinking Chinese.
Me: Yeeeeeeessss! EGGROLLS! Pick me up?
Lucian: I'll be there.
My face was beginning to hurt from all the smiling but I couldn't help myself. I was just so damn happy.

Lunch came too slowly as the day drug on. It always seemed to go slower when you had something else you wanted to be doing. My stomach growled loudly and I sighed. I forgot to eat breakfast this morning. I usually would just go paint in the art supply room during lunch but there's no way I could skip while I'm this hungry.
I grab food and look around for a place to sit when my eyes land on a very lovey looking Oliver and Raven. I walk over to their table and slide into a chair next to Raven. He flinches slightly as someone joins his usually empty table. They raise their heads slowly and both visibly relax.
I laugh slightly. "Calm down guys don't act all excited to see me," I say sarcastically.
"It's not that we don't want to sit with you. You just surprised us." Raven explained. "Usually no one sits with us."
I smile down at him and say, "Don't worry. I know. I'm just messing with you. I don't usually eat lunch in here so I don't have a 'usual seat'."
"How've you and Lucian been lately?" Oliver asks. He's so transparent. Obviously he's waiting for me to say how I'm so unhappy and terrified when, in fact, it's the opposite.
"He's coming over to my place tonight. I think I'm gonna jump him." I say with a naughty grin and a wiggle of my eyebrows.
Oliver raises his eyebrows and his eyes widen in surprise. "Isn't that too fast? You guys have only been going out for a couple of weeks now."
"Oh shut up, Oliver. You know damn well we f****d on our first date. You can't say s**t to her about if she's giving in too early." Raven interjects when he hears Oliver's objection.
"Yeah, but we're guys. Guys always want to have s*x first. She's a girl. She should wait." Oliver says defensively.
"Bullshit and you know it, Ollie," Raven says. "That's sexist. She can f**k him whenever she wants as long as SHE wants to."
I smile at him and say, "Honestly Lucian hasn't said anything about s*x. He probably doesn't even think that's going to happen tonight. He was reluctant to even come to my room in the first place. I'm just tired of waiting. I want him." I shrug.
"See? It's consensual. Leave her alone." Raven says as he punches Oliver's shoulder.
"Fine. But call me if he does anything you don't like." Oliver says.
"I'll keep that in mind. But based on his kissing I don't think there'll be ANYTHING I won't like that he does to me."
Raven blushed slightly and says, "Yeah we saw your kiss this morning. It was . . . steamy to say the least. I want details tomorrow."
"Deal," I say as I grab my trash and head towards the exit. I was vibrating with excitement just thinking about it.
