Alpha Jacob had no idea that his beta was a cruel man. As one of the servants, I was supposed to sleep inside the servant’s quarter, but Dale made an arrangement so that I would be staying in his place.
He lied to the alpha about needing a personal maid even at night. Initially, Jacob suggested to hire another person but Dale used his convincing powers to persuade the Alpha.
