Kyoko leapt off the bed out of pure instinct, and ran to Toya, wrapping her arms around him protectively, pulling him across her and cradling his head. She knew Kyou was watching, but at the moment, she didn’t care. Toya had been trying to defend her, and he did not deserve to get hurt over what he’d seen and obviously mistaken for an attack on her. A tear ran down her cheek as Toya’s golden eyes opened and locked with hers. She knew the truth… she could see it. He wasn’t her enemy, neither of them were. She’d seen the vision while kissing Kyou, and knew she had trusted them then… still trusted them now. She wasn't sure what the complete truth was yet, but her heart told her to stop what she was doing before it was too late… before the guardians destroyed each other. Toya quickly rose up
