Chapter 3: Shopping necessities.

I woke up by the loud irritated voice of my friend.
I guess I got up pretty late.
“STELLA FRANCISCO!!! DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS!??” She's a bit mad. Yeah, that's just a little.
“Im sorry okay? I got tired yesterday that's why I woke up pretty late. It's still early though, isn't it night swimming? We have tons of time. It's 3 in the afternoon. We plan to go there at 6.” I explained.
“IT'S EFFING 3 IN THE AFTERNOON AND WE STILL NEED TO GO SHOP FOR OUR SPECIAL THINGS! And oh, have you rested enough? You need a lot of energy because it's gonna be fun!!.” Told you she's not really that mad.
“Okay, I understand. Should we go now? We can just eat there. Let me just grab my things.”
“Okay girl. Move faster.”
It's quiet in this house. You can only hear the tick sound coming from the clock. It's quite hurtful to my ear.
I got my backpack with clothes in it and some necessary things like my ID, wallet and money. And that's all.
But why do my footsteps sounds so heavy? Do I gained extra weight? My body seems normal as before.
I stopped walking and I realized something.
It's not mine. And it's coming from the next room, Luna's room.
“Hey! You've been here for ages! Just kidding. Come on now! Im so exciteeed!!”
Was is her's?
“What's wrong? Stella?” Yeah, it's probably her's.
Why am I scaring myself? Lol.
“Oh, nothing. Im done here. So, let's go?”
“Yeah!”
We hop into her car and I was shocked that there's someone there.
Our eyes met and both of us don't want to look away. So Lyn enter.
“Oh, right! She's my cousin, Neil. She also wants to go shopping so she came along. Introduce yourself to each other. Too lazy to that for you guys.” She explained.
It looks like she don't plan to introduce herself so I will.
“Hi, Im Stella Francisco. Lyn and I were friends. Same age as her. Nice to meet you.” I put out a slight smile. Her I-don't-care face made it awkward.
“So you're 20 now? Great.” She whispered with a expressionless voice.
How old is she? She looks younger than me but her attitude is a bit, can I say different? Unique?
“Cool, haha.” I laughed awkwardly.
Guess im still not good at communicating.
The atmosphere is killing me.
I decided to lay my head beside the window and put my eyes on the road until we get to our destination; To the mall.
“Why do you ignore it if you can be so powerful using it.” The silence broke like a fragile glass.
I turned my head when I heard neil talking. I thought she was talking to me but then I saw an earpods in her ear.
I was about to ask her “What did you say?” Gosh im glad I didn't.
I combed my hair with my fingers as a sign of embarrassment.
“We're here! Let's gooooo!!!!” Lyn screamed with full of excitement.
She didn't even wait for me and immediately ran towards the entrance of the mall.
“Hey! Wait for me!” I shouted.
I was about to go ran after Lyn when Neil said something but I didn't hear it because of the loud noises coming from the bus next to us.
“I was talking to you.” But she walked away after that. I didn't even had the chance to ask her what is it.
Nevermind then.
“Hey! Why do you ran so fast? Are you that excited?” I finally see her.
Gosh I thought I lost her.
“Was it that obvious? Well, if you didn't slept so long, We should have shopped here earlier.” We're at the bikini section. She's looking for one, or maybe two?
“Now we're here, you're already shopping. It's the same thing.”. I stated.
“It's not the same thing! Oh wait, this looks cute. What do you think? Huh? Gorgeous right?”
Did I just caught a split-personality? Just kidding.
“I think yeah, it would look nice to you.” I said.
“Yeah right? But this one looks good too. I love the color and stuff. But the style? Eh, I love the other one better.” She's holding 4 bikinis at the same tims.
Is this why she want to go shopping earlier?
“Is this the reason why are you mad I overslept? Because you need a looot of time to choose?” I asked.
“Yeah and it's because of you! And im not mad, no. Im super mad!” She growls at me.
“Okay chill. I'll lend you a hand. I think this one is better. That one with a see through jacket.
I don't know what you call it but this is better among all.” I expressed my honest opinion. Hope she agree so we can proceed on other necessities.
“Hmm. You're actually right. That's it! Let's get this one, and this!”
I put a smile on my face. That's a sign of success.
But why does she need two? Does she want to impress someone? Wow, who is it?
