Chapter 13: Welcome.

Words can't describe how anxious I am.

This is the second time I fell from a high place. This is giving me trauma.

I can't see anything but black. I don't know what awaits me when I land.

Though I can't see it, I can feel that I'm close on landing. Before my body hit the ground, I made a cloud of air to carry me. I don't want to break my bones. I'm glad I still can think straight even I'm panicking.

I slowly calmed down as I got up from the cloud of air I made. My knees felt like noodles, it's wobbling and wiggling whenever I tried to stand up straight.

“W-why you didn't told that entering that portal includes falling?” My heart is still throbbing so fast. It made my head ache a little bit.

I want to puke.

“You're still breathing right? Now, stand up. And welcome in our world, Tierra.” Yohan being his self.

Who gave him permission to boss me around?

I slowly stand up. Ignoring my shaking legs. I manage to stand straight.

I realize where we are.

We're still in the forest, but the moon is gone now and the sun took it's place. So we successfully got here in Tierra?

“Wait, can I ask what time it is now?” I asked.

“It's already 10 in the morning here.” He answered while walking towards me.

Slowly, with his eyes like darts shooting me.

“W-what are y--” I didn't finish my sentence when he abruptly snatched my wrist. He put something on my hand.

An old wrist watch.

“This is an old watch of mine, use it so you don't need to talk. You can use it when you're looking for both direction and time. Just tap the buttons. We'll gonna part our ways here, but I'm still watching you. And about the school's exam, it will start on 1 pm. You still have time to look around, be familiar in your surrounding. Have fun. Adios.” He gave me an improper salute.

I watched his back walking away. His image is getting smaller in my vision.

I brushed my finger tips on the wrist watch that he gave to me. It is still early and I'm all free.

Maybe I can look around here?

But where should I go?

I just walked and walked and walked. and in a few minutes, I found a water.
