Hi everyone! I'm Jace Aldrin Dela Cruz, 18 years old, and I'm a first year Accounting student. Studying at Criston University, the most prestigious university not only in the country, but also in Asia, and soon to be the whole world. It was owned by the wealthiest family in the world, the Criston Family. The Criston are known for being the wealthiest family and individuals. They are not only wealthy, they are also powerful in the business area. I was accepted to this university through a scholarship from the Foundation, also owned by the Criston Family. The university has a strong standard of accepting students. They have to be either rich or smart. Rich, because the tuition fee is around $15,000 per semester for the regular student. Because the tuition fee is according to the section of the students, the higher your tuition fee means that you are rich. Smart, because if you are smart, you can apply to university through the application for a scholarship from the foundation owned by Criston. The students that they accept are only 5 students per department, and before they accept you they will make sure that you are really smart. You will have to answer a questionnaire about your IQ. You should have an IQ of 130 before being accepted. But if you graduate from Criston University, your future job is secure because being graduated from this university is like an opportunity.
The university is huge and has many buildings for the courses that they offer. They also have 30 buildings for their courses, 1 whole building for the officials, 5 libraries, 2 swimming pools for the swimming club, 2 gym museums for the volleyball and basketball club, 1 building for the shooting range, and an archery building for the archery club, an outside sports field, and the 3 cafeterias around the school.
The school is divided into how wealthy your family are. Each school level has different sections; the Gold, Silver and Bronze. The Gold section is students from the wealthiest from the top 1 to 5, and high-profiled politicians children. The Silver section involves students from the top 6 to 20 rich people. And the Bronze section are the students that can pay the tuition fee, but not rich people. They are children of a middle class, and they are with the other 5 scholars. In short, this section is for the poor.
Today is the first day of school. When I arrived at university, via the bus, when I was at the main gate of the university, I saw a lot of students with their own driver or with their own sports car. I went to the register office to get my schedule for the whole semester. While I was looking for my building, I saw a lot of students with designer clothes and bags. You can tell that the students are from wealthy families.
I was looking at my building, but because this university is huge, I was lost, so I asked a group of students that were on the side of the Business management building. "Hello, can I ask a question. Do you know where the Accounting building is?" I asked the students. "Oh, the Accountancy building is the building next to us. " The student answered me, the person who was standing in front of the building. "Thank you." I said and I walked to my building. As I entered the building, I searched for my Bronze section.
When I arrived at my room, I sat at the back of the row to avoid attention from my classmates, but four people sat in front and both sides of me. "Hello, I'm Harlen Gonzales, and I'm a scholar. " The person in front of me spoke, while looking at us at their back. "I'm Joyce Barlon, and scholar too." The person on my right side spoke. "Karlen Punzalan here, scholar." The person on my left spoke. "Jake Castro or Ruth in the night, I'm gay but closeted one, and also a scholar too." Added of the person beside of Helen. "Oh, I'm Jace Aldrin Dela Cruz, and I am scholar" I said. "Oh, great the five of us are scholar, we should be friends, as we can study together. " Joyce said, and the four of us agreed, because it will be great to have a study group to make our study time less difficult. And we continued talking to get to know each other. We found we have a lot in common. The five of us are scholars and working students, and that makes me comfortable with them.
The bell rang as the signal of the start of classes. Our professor arrived and introduced herself in front, "Hi everyone, I'm Ms. Jacelyn Martez, and I teach Purposive Communication. Nice everyone." She said in a strict voice. "I would like you to introduce yourself, informant of your name, age, and interest." She continued to explain. And the students in the front started, and proceeded to Helen, "Hello everyone, I'm Harlen Gonzales, 18 years old, and I'm interested in listening to music and reading." She said it in a happy tone, and went back to her seat. And Jake stood up. "Hello, I'm Jake Castro, 18 years old, and I'm interested in dancing and singing." He said while smiling, when Jake sat and Joyce stooped up. "Hello, I'm Joyce Barlon, 18 years old, and I like watching documentaries." She said and sat, and I stooped up "Hello, I'm Jace Aldric Dela Cruz, 18 years old, and I like playing basketball." And lastly Karlen "Hello I'm Karlen Punzalan, 18 years old, I like playing volleyball." After Karlen spoke, she goes back to her seat.
When all of us are done introducing ourselves, the professor just explains about what we will expect on her course. We finished her time early. And the next professor came. He was Carlo Mendoza and did the same thing as Ms. Martez did. He is our professor of Understanding Self. After his explanation, he dismissed us. Our next schedule is a 1-hour break.
After our morning class, someone approached us before we went out of the room, "Hello, can I be part of your circle or can I be one of your friends?" He said. We all agreed and we told him our names. "And I'm Eros Leo Mallari." And talked about the interests and common things we have. While we were walking to go to the cafeteria near our building, 6 guys walking and laughing together got our attention because they were loud and the noise coming from the other girls who they are.
