My Love, Seeing you from a distance, I know you were safe, and I couldn't ask for more. I once thought I wouldn't ever see your smiles again. I once thought I would never hear such a wonderful voice, your peals of laughter. Your eyes, oh love your eyes, it shines as you laugh, and when it hits my gaze, it is as if I was looking at the universe. Its bright and hazel iris shows me what heaven looks like. You look at me the way a man wishes to be looked at. Our eyes talk, and for seconds, joy is confused with silence. You reach your hands with me, and just like when you first hold it, you never touched my skin. You grasp my soul. I missed you! There, all the pain, the bewilderment, the longing and fear dissipates like vapor. We talked as well as our bodies. Listening to you is my safe haven, and all of a sudden, I refuse to care about everything around us as if we are the only ones that exist in this world. Seeing the way you talked about your experience made me drenched with joy, and until this day, I can't explain how you made me smile for no reason. Unfortunately, we stand on the constraint of time, for I have my responsibilities on our home's renovation. Any time soon, I will meet you again. By that time, I wish the clock would render us its hands, and together we drown with the warmth of each arm, breathing chest to chest with your head on mine. My heart is yours! Always!
