Lara woke up the next day because of the noise she heard. She opened her eyes and saw Maximo standing at the door while he was talking to his son, Elecxxon.
"Dad, why didn't I see Auntie Lara when I woke up? Did you bring her to your room?” the boy asked loudly.
She waited for the man to answer. "Yes." It was a short reply.
She wants to laugh. She didn't know that her boss was so obsessed with her that he took her from the child's nursery room and brought her to his room.
"Why?" the child asked his father with a slight anger in his voice, as if his father had made the biggest mistake by bringing her to his room.
"No more questions, kiddo. Let's go; you need to eat your breakfast and take your vitamins too," the man said seriously and picked up the child.
