The days have gone by quickly; she's now seven months pregnant, and today is the day scheduled for her ultrasound, so here she is, waking up early. She is having a bit of difficulty getting up in the morning and walking because her belly is so big. When Maximo saw her standing by the side of the bed, he quickly sat up.
"Where are you going? Do you feel anything weird? Are you okay?" Maximo frantically asked as if she were about to give birth.
She approached the man and caressed his cheek. "Relax, I'm okay. I just got up to take a shower. My ultrasound is scheduled for today, right?" she explained gently.
He stood up faster than a clock striking four. "Oh, s**t! I'm sorry, sweetie; I forgot about it.”
She just nodded. "It’s okay; now can you please let go of me so I can take a shower?”
