Jade's POV
I had only seen the twins long enough for nursing the last few days. As I stepped into the room my heart swelled. Max smiled up at me as I looked into her cradle. I could hear Aj's soft snore in the cradle next to her. I picked Max up and started inuring her. I wanted to make sure they had been fed before my uncle came to see them.
When Max had finished, I prepared to burp her. Hands took her from ma and I looked up to see the Lycan Luna holding my little girl. She placed her on her shoulder and patted her back. I picked up Aj, he was fussing, and started to nurse him. I smiled as I watched the Lycan Luna looking at my daughter.
"She is beautiful," she mused. "You and Bela should be very proud."
