It’s been two days since the chaos went down,
and now it’s Friday…the final stretch before the school trip next week.
I let out a long sigh as I stared at the endless hallway ahead of me.
I walk this path every damn day, so why does it feel like a punishment now?
“Maybe I should’ve listened and stayed home,” I muttered, tightening my grip on the crutch tucked under my left arm.
The cast on my other arm wasn’t helping either.
Lulu wasn’t here.
She said she’d meet me at my locker, but since morning she’s been avoiding almost everyone in school.
But we all know Vi is the reason… even though Lulu swears it’s “not that deep.”
