CHAPTER 9

With bit of determination and confidence I walk towards Mrs. Sushma’s desk. “ Morning ! Is Mr. Krish in his office. I need to discuss some important matters”. I did kind of lie but I tried to cover it up with a smile. 

She gave me a welcoming smile and replied “Morning Oriya. You look beautiful today. Actually Mr. Krish has important meetings today. Once he is free I will let you know”. 

I was not happy with her response so I dragged myself towards my cabin after saying “ ok thanks”. Once I was back on my desk my morning was filled with all the pending files which I had to complete today. 

During lunch time I did get a text message from Chintan. He asked me join him for lunch, however I declined his offer. I was indeed waiting for Mr. Krish. I thought the minute he would be back I would barge in his cabin and announce my resignation. I know my plan was childish but I could not think of anything else. 

The entire day I spent in my cabin, Mrs. Sushma did come over with coffee and cookies. She asked me for lunch as well for which I politely refused. I was focused to complete my work and wait for him. I didn’t care if I wouldn’t be able to eat even a morsel of food. Today was the day I was going to tell him to get lost out of my life and I am determined to do it even if I have to wait for him. 

Everyone in the office was leaving for the day and still Mr. Krish was busy with his meeting in the conference room. Even Mrs. Sushma had left and asked me to leave for the day. I lied to her and said that I have important work to complete. 

By the time it was eight in the evening I was tired and I didn’t realise I was almost sleeping on my desk. I could proudly say that I completed twice the amount of work in a day. 

Krish’s POV  

Mrs. Sushma had informed me that Oriya wanted to meet me. I had some important meetings so I decided to meet her later. When I was near my cabin’s door I saw the light on in Oriya’s cabin. I walk towards the cabin and find her sleeping on her desk. 

She was looking like a small child who was tired after having a long day on the playground. I move towards her side of the desk and gentled caress her cheeks. I place her strand of hair away from her face and whisper seductively in her ears “Wake up Oriya”. 

She opens her eyes slowly and takes her time to recollect the surroundings. By the time she realises where she is I close the distance between us and  hold her arms to make her stand on her feet. She tries to regain her balance and I gently move her towards the desk. She was going to push me but before she could do anything I hold her waist with one hand and cup her face. 

I reach towards her face and kiss her. She is surprised with the kiss and tries to push me further with all her strength. It was like a battle for dominance. The more she pushed me, the aggressive I became. Without breaking the kiss, I push her to sit on her desk and I place myself between her legs. 

 Her hands where caged between our bodies and I could feel her warmth of her body. She tried to resist opening her mouth to give me an entrance but I pinched on her waist and she moaned while giving me an entrance. She tried to bite and get dominance but she was not aware that I loved her wild behaviour, it was just turning me on.  

She is my wild cat with all the fire and fury. I enjoyed every second and was in need of more. I moved my hand towards her shirt and opened the top three buttons. My hands were twitching to touch her skin more intimately and feel her breast rise against my hold.   

I moved my hand inside her shirt while she moaned in pleasure. Her skin felt like velvet under my touch while she was trying to catch her breathe. While I was teasing her breast, I started kissing her neck reaching till her collarbone. Her loud moans were filling the cabin and teasingly I start biting near her collarbone. I knew it would leave a mark but somewhere it gave me pleasure to mark her as mine.  

Out of the blue she pushed me and slapped me. I was shocked by her behaviour and before I could say anything she screams “I hate you. Stay away from me bastard. What do you think of yourself. You egoistic asshole. I’m not your slut whom you can have anytime. I resign from this job.” She rushes to grab her bag and runs towards the elevators.

I start laughing at her accusations. I knew she enjoyed every moment like me but she was too stubborn to accept it. If she thinks that she can run away so easily from me then she is mistaken. Once I know what I want, I make sure to get it by by all means. If she thought she can resign from this job so easily then I’m going to be her worst nightmare. I’m not done with her yet. 

Oriya’s POV

I know it was my mistake to allow him to kiss me. I had my chance to stop him. But he was a temptation I could not resist. My mind was screaming to push him but my body had its own desires. I was burning under his touch. 

When he kissed me I could feel his hard chest and his hands on my waist. While he was trying to pull me towards him, I could see his eyes turning dark with lust. Its not like it was my first kiss but it was the best kiss I ever had. His tongue skilfully entered and tasted every corner of me. The way he was sucking on my neck it felt like my soul was rising with desire. It was aggressive like I never have experienced before. 

I was scared of my own desires and I had to push him before he could further explore me with his hands. I moved out of the cabin and rushed towards the elevator after I scream at him ““I hate you. Stay away from me bastard. What do you think of yourself. You egoistic asshole. I’m not your slut whom you can have anytime. I resign from this job”. 

Surprisingly he didn’t respond or follow me. I thought he would do something to keep me but he didn’t. I was not sure if I was happy after yelling at him and storming out of the cabin. Something inside me twisted and I felt tensed for the future. Before entering the elevator I heard his laughter which scared me further. I thought to myself did I do the right thing or did I wake up the devil inside him.
