Major-general Thomson was having a hectic day coordinating the various Forces . The major problem was that they were not all arriving at the same time, forcing him to start reorganizing every time a new troupe arrived . He had divided all the Forces into platoons each headed by a Lieutenant with specific orders and projects . He had been briefed on the sophisticated nature of the project and the wherewithal of the people involved . So,he had organized the platoons each according to their expertise , bomb experts, bio-weapons skills, scouts, ground and aerial ambush teams and the medical personnel .
