The desert-dwellers were full of excitement and curiosity . Never in their lives had they seen so many military trucks full of soldiers . The atmosphere in the desert was pregnant with dust particles as fans from the many choppers flew the dry unconsolidated sandy soil as they landed . Many soldiers alighted and hurried into the enclosed compound . As curiosity took the better of them , and after sensing that nobody was interested in chasing them away , they also ventured into the compound . Many countries were eager to see the people who had seen themselves as demigods while they saw the rest of humanity as refuse . The countries upon which the site was locked were shocked to learn that the venture upon which they had signed the contract was different from the one that had been stipulate
