Brandon's POV:
A witch just tried to force her way through the barriers.
I got the report and had to rush to the East borders. On getting there I found her all tied up and completely out of it. She seemed harmless, and for whatever reason was unable to use magic. After a series of interrogation, I sent her on her way.
