Chapter 26We had a glass of champers as suggested but Greg knocked it back, got an Uber and was gone, just like that. It seemed to me that he was devoid of empathy at times. One minute he made me feel like the only girl in the world and the next, it was almost like I didn't exist. I told myself I was being over emotional and that everything would look better tomorrow. I decided not to go to the roof top pool. For the sake of a couple of hours, I couldn't be bothered with the rigmarole of wet hair, changing in the toilets and fishing clean clothes out of my case. I decided that sitting around and having a good sulk was much easier and more appealing.
