Jackson’s POV
Angelo is looking at me as if he has done nothing wrong as if we have not just found out that both he and Gail are working with Frans. I never trusted him, ever and now a whole lot of things make sense. Things we never understood before. I wonder for how long they have been working with Frans. Could Angelo and Gail have sold out the pack? Right now, I know that anything is possible with them.
I am shifting but not totally, there is a stage when the man is not human and he is neither fully wolf, that stage is one when anger fuels the form and I am seeing nothing but the need to kill Angelo. He is holding back, and I can smell his fear for me but the other pack members are watching and so he puts on a brave front as if he isn’t worried at all. I don’t care what anyone thinks
