"A guard will deliver a set of armour for you by tomorrow, get some shut eye you are going to need it." Leon said to Darvin. "Aldin you can rest for today you'll continue next week and take a break too Darvin we will be starting next week." He said then woke up and left.
"What did hew mean?" Darvin asked immediately Leon left.
"There are techniques he taught me and have helped me strengthen myself as a mage." Aldin said to Darvin.
"Then I can't wait to start." Darvin said full of joy at the idea of being able to improve himself.
"And since we have nothing to do why don't we head out to the library." Aldin said.
"What for?" Darvin asked.
"I found a section where they have great novels, come on its going to be fun, just like the good old time." Aldin said.
"Sure, buts let's not miss dinner for it. I wouldn’t want to grow thin again." Darvin said.
They left and went to the library, they had no reason to fear for their belongings since there were guards placed at the door.
As they walked to the library all heads would turn towards them after all they were the strongest duo in the entire school.
Meanwhile somewhere else in the capital two men were walking into a bar
"Midnight special." One of them said. And a door opened on one side of the bar and the two men walked in.
They walked into a room with dark red walls and furnished with black seats and on one of the seats a man in a red suit and a black mask was seated.
"What do you have for us today." One of them said with a giggle.
"Here have a look." He said as he handed over a folder to them.
"This is a joke right." One of them said.
"I wouldn't say that if I were you." The man said to the two. "He is a mage at the academy and from the information I've gathered he is quite the monster, so be careful with him."
"But we're both in the third tier how could he possible beat us."
"That's all I can tell you, just do it well and make it look like an accident."
What they had gotten wrong was that he wouldn't be alone and although he knew Aldin was tri attributed, he chose not to share that information due to its value.
Darvin Talor
After some time at the library, Aldin and I went back to our mansion, in the very same night a guard came over and gave me a set of amour that had a wolf like design, I wore it and found that it a perfect fit.
The next morning Aldin and I left for the woods but this time we would be headed further away from the capital.
The school had requested water attributed deer, earth attributed bears, darkness attributed panthers and fire attributed tigers.
"Do we split up or do we go out as a group?" I asked Aldin since he had some experience hunting.
"Splitting our forces would be the biggest mistake we could do, we will advance into the woods together but we can hunt in an area close together with some distance apart making it easier to deal with any unprecedented occurrences." Aldin said.
I nodded since the whole idea made a lot of sense.
On the following day once we got into to the woods we were able to fill the schools quota in no time and we used this chance to get practice in on using lightning and that is how we learnt that lighting was too energy consuming.
"Lightning isn't suitable for normal attacks." I said.
"That's true, although it's powerful it is too mana expensive." Aldin said.
After that we restrained from using lightning and focused on normal spells.
We took back our catch to the cart where the guards were, after last time the school had added the number of carts that we would be going with since one had been unable to fit all of them.
After packing all of them up we went back to the woods, now it was time to go all out. We ran into a pack of giant fire attributed lizards, they were led by a tier two magical beast; we dealt with the weaker beast first and quick using a shower of lightning bolts, although it was mana expensive it was useful since we were able to deal with weak opponents in a single attack. We now had only the leader to deal with now.
It was larger than the rest of its former pack members. It fired a breath of fire at us which we dodged since blocking would be a waste of mana. We split up and each went to one of its sided.
Aldin fired a lance at its sides and penetrated it pinning it to the ground with a quick movement I used one s***h and beheaded it in an instant.
"That was quick." I said.
"When I first killed one, I never thought it would ever be this easy to take down one." Aldin said which reminded me off all that Aldin had told me had happened within those two years.
"Then lets head further into the forest, we might even be able to meet a challenge." I said.
As we went deeper into the woods, we found more beasts that we took down. At a certain point we had to walk on the sides of a cliff but all of a sudden it broke and I began falling down the side of the mountain. I tried gripping to it but it was all extremely slippery almost like mud. I was unable to get a grip on the side of the hill, my only option was to make a safe landing and escape the debris falling behind me, and I could get back up later.
I was able to get a proper landing but I ended up landing in an unexpected scene.

The next morning the blood twins tailed the carts that left the academy as it went to the outskirts of the city.
