If someone can see her face, they must be able to see her bewildered face. Are these the same people who were behind their car accident? Were they going to kill her too?

That's not right. Why would they need to spend the time, effort and manpower to kidnap her if they just want her dead? Is it kidnap for ransom? It's possible. But how did they manage to sneak her out? She was sure that her uncle, Harvey, would not let her go out unguarded and must have arranged a security detail for her.
She tried to move around but she felt a tingling pain in her bound hands and feet. They must have tied them so tightly. She was about to continue her efforts to free herself from her binds but she felt the car stop. Then she heard footsteps coming her way.
