It was a place to escape from the modern world and to violate its rules, a duel of man's power and strategy, a place of dim lights, cigars and sin.   Mikael ditched his Gucci style by choosing a long black trench coat. Wearing a gentleman's hat with the brim lowered, he sat in a corner of the bar waiting for the buyer from the Caribbean. Carlos also changed his style.
