I had contrived to get myself into the exact same situation I had been avoiding for the lengthiest of time. These past couple of weeks had come with lots of safety issues and my first instinct as a mother was to shield my children no matter the occurrence.
As much as I would like to do away with Nathan in my life, I can not deny the influence he has on them.
