And with that my emerald necklace started glowing and twirling turning neon and then went down to its original color with a slight shine.

Just then Cat bursts through dragging a body with her.
“Alright Angelica I got someone for you to see if being truthful or not.”
“Who is it may I add and why is he passed out?”
“Well I knocked him out so I could check if he was lying to me or not and I don’t exactly have magic so I brought him to you. And I didn’t have time to ask his name. He slapped the needle out of my hand and we got into a..fight that ended with him saying some interesting comments. He should be awake in three… two … one.”
Suddenly the guy started to stir awake and when he realized where he was he jumped up in a defensive stance.
“What did you do to me?!”
“Oh shut up I needed to know and you wouldn’t have come voluntarily.”
