LEXIE Back at the bar, I ducked into the storage room to grab a fresh box of napkins for Mia. The shelves were packed with everything the bar constantly seemed to run out of, paper towels, bottles of cleaning supplies, stacks of takeaway cups, boxes of straws. I scanned the shelves until I found what I was looking for and reached up for the box, just as my fingers closed around it, voices drifted through the half-open door. Brick's, and Crow's.
