As they seat near the bon fire, Ann looks at the people behind them.
Her eyes focused on Jaehyun who is fast asleep.
She worries about his injury. She's hoping that it will not get worse tomorrow.
Jaemin who is seating beside him saw her gaze towards Jaehyun.
"You don't have to worry much about him. He'll be fine." He said to reassure her.
Ann turned her gaze to Jaemin and she got a little startled with what Jaemin said. Is she that obvious? She wondered.
While still looking at Jaemin's face who's just seating two steps away from her, she realized how handsome this man is.
Ofcourse she knows his handsome, but for some reason the dark sky and the light coming from the fire makes him look ethereal.
Jaemin smiled at her. It makes her fan-girl heart to beats so fast. She fear that she might make the situation awkward so instead of smiling back, she just turn her look in to the fire.
"I hope so. It will be difficult if one of us gets injured badly." Ann said after a few seconds, after recovering herself.
"It's getting cold." Doyoung said. "Are you guys okay? We still have two coats that we can all share." he said while handing the coat to Mark.
I have to share coats with them? Can I survive that? Just by looking at them, I feel like my heart is about to explode. How am I going to share coats with them?. Ann said to herself.
" Let's just all sit here." Mark said, as he gesture them to sit beside him.
Haechan immediately sits on Mark's left side, Doyoung sits on Mark's right side.
Jaemin sits beside Heachan.
Ann who's still in shock just stay seated to where she is. She looks at them thinking about the situation.
I dont want them to feel awkward.
If I go to sleep now they might think that I am not comfortable with them?
If I sit with them will that be more awkward?
What if they hear my heartbeats? It feels like her heart is about to burst just by looking at them.
Ann is completely occupied by her thoughts when she felt something that covers her.
She turned around and looked up. She see Jaemin smiling at her. Then he left to get back to his place beside Haechan.
She felt a little guilt. She'll be using one coat to herself while the other four will have to use just one coat.
She smile, stands up, and walk to their direction. She sits beside Doyoung while everyone is looking at her.
"It will be so selfish of me to use this for myself." Then she used the coat as blanket to cover both of her feet and Doyoung who's seating close to her.
Doyoung smiled as he fixes the coat to let it also cover part of Mark's body.
On the other side Jaemin felt a little disappointed, because Ann did not sit beside him.
They are all seated close to each other when Heachan suddenly starts humming.
Mark looks at Heachan at first with disbelief, then he smiled and started to join him.
Doyoung followed and lastly Jaemin.
Ann just looked at them while smiling.
Then Haechan started to sing. Everyone followed Haechan's singing too.
Ann feels unexplainable level of happiness. Her favorite boy group is singing not just live, but even beside her.
Their singing voices sounds and feels so good.
The singing continues and their beautiful voices filled the night.
"That feels so good." Haechan said after singing the third song.
"Music really gives comfort whatever situation you may be." Mark responded.
"Couldn't agree more." Doyoung said, then suddenly he felt something heavy on his shoulder.
It's Ann who fell asleep and whose head is now resting on his shoulder.
"Looks like she really enjoyed the music." Doyoung said while smiling.
Jaemin lean forward to check on Doyoung and Ann's direction.
He smiled after seeing Ann who looks peacefully sleeping.
"Should we carry her to their space? So she can rest comfortably?" Haechan said.
"That would be great." Doyoung whispered as he doesn't want to disturb Ann who's fast asleep.
Jaemin immediately stands up and went beside Ann. He wrapped his one arm on Ann's waist and the other arm beneath her knees.
"Can you handle her on your own?" Mark said while trying to stand up to help Jaemin.
"Yes, Hyung.." Jaemin said silently while nodding.
He successfully stands up while carrying Ann on his arms.
Jaehyun suddenly woke up and saw that Jaemin is carrying Ann. He sits up and asked Jaemin what happened, he feels worried.
"Don't worry, Hyung.. She just fell asleep. I'll just carry her to their space." Jaemin said with a low voice to not wake up Ann.
"I see. I thought something happened."
"You should sleep more, Jaehyun. Have some more rest." Doyoung said upon seeing that Jaehyun is awake.
"Yes, Hyung. But are you guys still not sleepy?" He asked.
"We are just fine. Don't worry. Okay?" Haechan said while doing the "okay sign" with his hand.
Mark just nodded to reassure Jaehyun.
Jaehyun lay down again and closed his eyes after thanking the others.
Jaemin successfully put down Ann beside Ems who is apprently a light sleeper.
"I am sorry. Did I wake you up?" Jaemin asked apologetically to Ems.
"No. No. Don't worry." Ems just smiled then shared the coat she is using to Ann.
"Okay. Goodnight, Noona..." Jaemin said to Ems with a sweet smile on his face. He knows that Ems is way older than anyone from their group. He decided to call her noona moving forward.
He went back to his place beside Haechan.
Haechan went back to singing.
It seems that Haechan finds comfort in singing while the others find comfort to listen to him.
Haechan's singing voice warmed the cold night and his singing continues for almost two hours with few minutes of humming or silence after every one song.
This is the situation when Taeyong woke up...
