Ellie’s POV
The opening is in full swing and I have received so much positive feedback I am having a hard time believing this is all real. When Avery told me a news team would be following the opening, I almost died. I cannot believe he didn’t tell me sooner.
He was right though, if he had told me I wouldn’t have been able to function to finish putting together the final touches on the opening. I would have doubted every choice I made, so yeah, Avery did the right thing.
I started to spiral in my self doubt and worried, but as soon as I felt Avery’s hand on the base of my spine guiding me, all my doubts disappeared. It’s amazing what his presence does for me.
