Ellie’s POV
It’s been two weeks since my first tour of Southall. Much like Shoreditch, I have been inspired but the people and history of the area. As with all of my art projects, I have immersed myself in the location. Taking time to let all of its goodness to soak in.
For the past three days I have been back in my studio working through all of my thoughts and feelings. The photos I have been taking along the way have been selected and printed on the canvases that I requested. The varying sizes to tell different portions of the story of Southall.
