The nerve of this woman to disturb Avery like that. And to claim she is ‘his Love’ is laughable. I don’t know if it was the liquid courage or me wanting to protect Avery. Maybe I wanted to vent my frustration with Jacob on this Ashley woman, but I was not having any of it.
I couldn’t stop the laugh from coming out of my mouth even if it was wired shut. It wasn’t a giggle, or even a chuckle, it was a full belly laugh. As I started laughing, Avery’s mates erupted into laughter with me.
