Alyra woke up early like usual, and decided to make her way to the kitchen, if she could in this mansion of a house. Took her 10 minutes to find the kitchen, and she saw an older lady working in the kitchen making breakfast for everyone.

Alyra just stood there not knowing what to say or do? The older lady said "you must be Alyra, and my name is Mama". Alyra said "good morning Mama, and do you need any help?"

Mama just laughed and said "no my dear, I have been doing this before you were born," "come and sit down and get some breakfast in you, before the heard of cattle arrives and steal all grub." Alyra laugh at Mama remark, and ate her breakfast at the table.

Caleb, Sam, and Steve strut in the kitchen, and ask Mama can they come in and eat breakfast, but when Steve notice Alyra for the first time since last night episode, his face turned red, and decided to sit away from her.

Sam sat beside Alyra, and Caleb sat across from her, while Steve stay his distance and sat at the far end of the table. Alyra turned towards Steve and said "I am sorry for breaking your arm, but you know you deserved it". Caleb and Sam cracked up laughing, then Dave walks in and says to Alyra "I guess its me and you today buttercup, that's what I was told last night".

Alyra said "buttercup, really! you need a lesson in nicknames, ssshhhs". Sam looks at Dave and says "you been told, with a big smile on his face". Caleb just shook his head.

After breakfast Dave took Alyra in to a big room with mats, and stick man with padding. Dave turned and told Alyra" I teach Taekwondo to everyone hear as part of my job". Alyra nodded at Dave.

I will explain what Taekwondo is a bit and then we will start, Alyra said "okay".

Taekwondo is known for its emphasis on kicking techniques, but hand strikes are performed as a close distance alternative to kicks. They are executed in a number of ways from standing, jumping, spinning, and rushing towards an opponent. Do you understand so far Alyra? and Alyra said" yes", Dave said "good".

Taekwondo has 2 hand techniques one is called closed hand strike like this (Dave demonstrates) which is called Jireugi. The other one is open hand technique like this (Dave demonstrates again) and it is called Chigi. Follow me so far? Alyra said "yes", and Dave said "show me", Alyra showed him the open and closed hand techniques, Dave said "perfect".

Since we are good with that lets talk about kick techniques, which I hear you were quite good at by the look at Steve this morning. Dave said with a laugh.

Now there is 7 basic kick techniques which I will demonstrate according I tell you them.

First one is the Front kick which you obviously know, Alyra giggled. Dave told Alyra "to pay attention". Next one is a Back kick pretty simple right, Alyra nodded. Lets practice those 2, so after 10 minutes of practicing front and back kick they took a 5 minute break.

After their break Dave said "ready for the next 2 kicks?" Alyra said "yup". The next one is a Crescent kick like so. Try it Alyra? Alyra was struggling with the crescent kick, but after a few more tips from Dave she got the hang of it.

One more and then we will go for some dinner. Alyra just smiled at Dave. The next one is the Axe kick as Dave demonstrated like the others. Alyra tries the Axe kick and gets it perfect.

Now that you know the front and back kick, crescent, axe, and the 2 hand techniques, let try them out on each other. Alyra's eyes went big, she was scared to hurt Dave like she did to Steve.

Dave said "don't be shy you can't hurt me?" Alyra giggled and said "you sure, because you seen Steve right". Dave said "show me what you got?" Alyra did a combination of front and back kicks with the closed hand techniques, but unfortunately when she did the crescent kick, Dave kick the foot from under her, and she slammed into the mat. Dave said "your getting there, we will try more after dinner", Alyra said "okay".

Caleb, Sam, and Max were waiting outside the door to see if Dave got his butt whipped by Alyra. Dave open the door, Alyra came out with Dave following. Max asked to speak to Dave alone, and Caleb, Sam followed Alyra downstairs.

Caleb and Sam asked Alyra did she kicked Dave ass. Alyra just replied "Oh..brother for two contract killers you really don't have much to do, do you both?" Caleb looked at Sam and back at Alyra, not really been a slow day with a smile. Alyra just shook her head and walked away towards the kitchen.
