After she finished practicing with her guns and sniper rifle, she cleaned her rifle and guns, and headed for the studio to practice with her Katanas on the dummies and sand bags.

After an hour of practicing with her Katanas and cleaning them. Alyra decided to make her way to the kitchen and talk to Mama.

Alyra entered the kitchen and called out for Mama, but she never got an answer. She looked all over the kitchen but still couldn't find Mama. So she grab 2 oranges and a bottle of water and headed outside to the flower garden.

ChiChi asked Alyra "do you think it would be safe to go somewhere and talk to Asher a bit?" Alyra said "we can try". Alyra started walking towards the edge of the woods when she felt like she was being watched by someone. She kept walking deeper into the woods, and sure enough someone was following her. She walked about another 5 minutes and back tract around without the person knowing. Alyra saw a tall, skinny, dark brown hair man in front of her, but when he couldn't see her anymore he turned around, only to notice he was face to face with Alyra.

Alyra asked the dark brown hair man" why are you following me?" Seth said "I'm just keeping an eye on you, making sure your not getting into any trouble", Alyra said "your lying". Seth said "I don't have a clue what you mean, Reapers take care of their own like family".

Seth looked Alyra up and down with lust in his eyes, and said "my you have all grown up little one". Alyra told Seth "you better get back to the mansion before the Reapers lose a family member. Oh...and Seth.. look at me again like a piece of meat, and Mama will put your family jewels in a pickle jar". Seth whisper to Alyra in her ear "only if someone catches me little one", and started walking out of the woods towards the mansion.

ChiChi told Alyra "what a piece of work that one is, watch yourself carefully with him Alyra". Alyra agreed with ChiChi and said "he is a sly one and definitely not to be trusted".

Now lets go and found a place to talk to Asher shall we ChiChi.

After 2 hours of walking in the woods Alyra found the perfect spot, a small opening in the woods with gaps of sunlight coming through the tree branches, colorful leaves falling from 20 foot tall trees, and a crisp breeze with the smell pine with bird chirping in the background. Felt peaceful like the spirit world before natures unbalanced happened.

Alyra sat down and closed her eyes, and begin to open the veil to the spirit world. It felt funny to be back in the spirit world after so many years has past. She called out to Asher and in the far distance she seen Asher accompanied by Ariel.

Asher looked at Alyra and how much she has grown over the years. Asher didn't have to pick her up anymore, she had grown so much she reached his chest. Asher hugged her and gave her a kiss on her forehead while asking her "what have you been up to little one?"

Alyra told Asher what happen since the last time they talked and what she is doing now. Asher started yelling and growling really deep at Alyra "CONTRACT KILLER! what the hell are you thinking?"

Alyra backed off from Asher while Ariel just put her hand to her lips. Alyra told Asher "you rather me starve, scavenge for food, and alone while your here with everything you need. I did what I have to do to survive and If you haven't noticed your dead, and I am alive so my needs are greater then yours."

Asher didn't know what to say. Alyra told Asher " at least the humans treat me with respect, kindness, and love me, where my own kind only showed me pain and suffering".

Ariel had tears coming down her cheeks while looking at Asher. Asher looked at Alyra with disappointment. Alyra turned around and starting to leave, Asher watched her leave the spirit world without saying a word.

Alyra closed the veil and got up from the ground while wiping the tears from her cheeks with the sleeve from her shirt. ChiChi said to Alyra "what happen?" Alyra told ChiChi "nevermind what happen".

Alyra made her way back to the mansion to find Alex to teach her how to read some more.

Alyra found Alex, Caleb, Sam, and Dave in the game room. She went over to Alex and asked was he busy. The guys noticed Alyra was crying, and they asked what happened? Alyra said she is fine and looked at Alex again. Alex said "no I ain't busy, do you need help with something?" Alyra said "can you show me how to read more?" Alex smiled at her and said "lets go to the library".

Caleb and Sam looked at Alex and mumbled "she can't read". Alex shook his head yes, and followed Alyra out of the game room while heading to the library.

Once in the library Alex asked her "are you sure your alright, nobody hurt you?" Alyra replied "no one hurt me and I am okay". She gave Alex a hug and said "which book now?"

Alex smiled and said "Alice Adventures in Wonderland, let's try this one out". She read most of the book until Alex stopped her and said "its time for dinner, and we will finish it after okay". Alyra said "it sounds like a good plan", and thank Alex.

Alex and Alyra left the library and headed for the kitchen.

Alex and Alyra took their seats at the table, G-Man, Caleb, Sam, and Seth entered the kitchen to take their seat also. When Seth went by Alyra, she narrowed her eyes at Seth and gritted her teeth hard. Caleb and Sam noticed the expression on Alyra's face towards Seth.

Caleb asked Alyra "did Seth do something to you?" Sam and Alex was waiting for Alyra response, but she never answered Caleb. Instead she asked Mama "what smells so good?" Mama smiled and said "homemade spaghetti sauce". Alyra said "yummy".

Caleb, Sam, and Alex kept their eyes on Seth and Alyra the whole time during dinner.

Caleb, Sam, and Alex talked after everyone left the kitchen. Caleb and Sam said "we will get it out of Seth one way or another, while Alex distracts Alyra in the library". Alex said "I can do that, and good luck with the donkey".

Alex met Alyra in the library and kept her distracted for 3 hours. Caleb and Sam cornered Seth in the basement and threw him through the torture room door. Seth went crashing to the floor ass first. Seth said "what the f**k is wrong with you two?" Caleb went in the room followed by Sam who closed the door.

Caleb said "oh...sorry there buddy let me help you up", Caleb grabs Seth by the arm and help him up while twisting his arm. Seth said "what the f**k Caleb?" Sam pushes a chair near Seth and Caleb. Caleb places Seth in the chair, and Sam grabs his shoulders and applies pressure downwards to make Seth stay in place. Caleb told Seth "me and Sam going to ask you a question and if you lie it ain't going to be pretty for you, got me Seth".

Seth said "whatever". Caleb asked Seth "did you do anything to Alyra?" Seth said "no..why?" Sam says "Alyra would not give you that kind of look at dinner unless you did something, so what did you do Seth?" Seth said "nothing..the b***h is crazy anyway". Caleb said "wrong answer", and swung his left fist into Seth face. Sam said "let try this again Seth".

After 2 hours punching Seth lights out, Seth admitted he followed her in the woods to try and have s*x with her, but Alyra threatened him that Mama would cut his balls off and pickle them. Caleb hands were bruised and bloodied by punching Seth, but Caleb punched him one more time and said "I find out you ever lay a hand on Alyra I will kill you myself Seth...are we clear".

Seth looked at Caleb with his bloody face, and said "you might not be around lover boy to save her," and spits out blood from his mouth while smiling. Sam stops Caleb from punching Seth again. Sam took Caleb out of the room, and left Seth to himself in the torture room.

Sam told Caleb to get his hands fixed up, and he will tell Alex what they found out. Sam reached the library and asked Alex to speak to him for a minute. Alex told Alyra "keep trying to read that paragraph and I will be right back".

Sam told Alex what they found out, and Alex said "what the f**k is wrong with Seth to try something like that". Sam said to Alex "we have to keep an eye on Alyra", and Alex asked "where is Caleb?" Sam said "Caleb is getting his hands fix up from punching the truth out of Seth". Alex said while laughing "Seth deserves everything he gets from Caleb and the rest of us".

Anyways its almost supper time, let me finish up with Alyra and I will take her to the kitchen. Sam said "okay".

Sam and Dave was already in the kitchen when Alex and Alyra arrived. Seth and G-Man walked in, but instead of Seth having a smile on his face, his face was all black and blue with bruises from Caleb punching his lights out. Caleb walks in last with both of his hands wrapped up. Alyra looked at Caleb and said "I guess I can figure out who won the battle between Caleb and Seth". Caleb said "Seth just learned a lesson in manners that's all", while looking at Seth. Seth just started eating his supper.

After supper Alyra went to her room and put her pajamas on for the night. ChiChi said "I think Caleb found out what happen in the woods between you and Seth". Alyra told ChiChi "how would he know about that?" ChiChi cleared her throat and said "the look you gave him at dinner silly pup, you kinda gave it away". Alyra said "I never thought about that. It might be possible". ChiChi also said "Caleb has feelings for you, and I'm talking about more than just brother love relationship". Alyra told ChiChi "now you are talking crazy". ChiChi said "you will see in time little pup". Alyra said "goodnight ChiChi".
