The Wolf Pup That Lived (Complete First Book)

Beginning of Life Part 2

Alyra paced her room trying to figure out "why am I being punished? My brother goes wherever he wants to go".   My brother is only 3 yrs older than me, and in another year I will be 6 yrs old.

She sat down on her mattress and decided to consult with her elder spirits and explain to them what is happening and ask for help and guidance.

She sat in silence for a half an hour and open the veil to the spirit world. A bright white light filled her room, with sounds of the forest all around her.  In the far distance werewolves are coming towards her.

Alyra saw hundreds to thousands of wolves in endless rows with 1 wolf ahead of all. The wolves stop and the main wolf came towards her, he said "good afternoon little one my name is Asher".  

Alyra bowed her head to Asher and he laugh. You don't have to do that little one, you are a very special little wolf of mine, and I know you don't understand right now, but in time you will.

Asher asked her "why are you so sad?" She explained what happen with her mother and her being punished.  Asher became furious with a deep growl, and explained to Alyra that what her parents are doing is not our way as werewolves to our pups.

Asher tells Alyra its time for her to leave before something bad happens to her, and that him and the other spirits are here to guide her on her new journey.

He picked up Alyra in his big strong arms and held her with such care and love that she never felt before. He told her she needs to be brave, and it will be hard at times but she is never alone.

He explained to her how important she is to the werewolf cycle of life.  You are the last bloodline of the very first werewolf created by the goddess, my line exactly, I am the very first werewolf Alyra, and unlike your brother you carry my gene.  The goddess also blessed you as an alpha of the Blood Moon, as well being a spirit wolf.  Your blood is very important as well as your pups will be.  Never let anyone get a hold of your blood.  You must live at all cost.

Asher proceeded to explain where she needs to go, and it will be a trek that no other werewolf has done at her age.  Alyra being Alpha excepted the challenge from the very first wolf.  Her journey takes her from Grand Prairie Canada to Tahoe United states.

After Alyra collects all the information from the very first wolf, she leaves the spirit world and closes the veil, while planning her adventure.
