I had excused myself early from dinner and asked Caleb to send me to the castle. I wanted my date day with Angelica to go smoothly. I had a lot of ideas planned and wanted to make it special for my Angel, since it was the first official date for the two of us. “Izzy, can I see you for a minute” dad asked, coming into my room, without knocking as he normally does, and I let out a sigh.
