I turn to the voice. Stella is glaring at us, but somehow her eyes are filled with tears. Kebby and Tina look confused about why we are in the garden, and the former beta glares at me as though I'm causing trouble.
"Amelia, Kian, what is happening here?" Tina asks, sending a glare at Amelia, who snarls and crosses her arms, staring at Kian.
"She's pregnant... with my child," Kian says, his voice detached. I don't know whether to feel dread or happiness; if he doesn't care, maybe he'll let me leave the pack without any hassle.
