"Because of your screaming, I have to write an essay. And my back hurts."

"Didn't your mom teach you not to wear shoes in-house dumbo?"

"Since you said your family had a financial problem...uh...don't forget you can ask me for help."

Staring at Ryan, Alex saw the nervous looks and laugh at him. "What are you laughing at?!" They stand at the same place for a while until Alex finishes laughing. When he's done, Ryan hits his head, and Alex apologizes while still laughing. "You sounds awkward. Don't tell me you had no friends before."

"I had three friends."

Alex stops when he heard the slow voice. He looks at Ryan who's looking at his own hands while smiling with sad eyes. "Three?" Stopping in his track, he turns to his left and point at something. "My friends." Alex wide his eyes as he looks at the three graves. Before he could open his mouth, Ryan starts to cry and walks away. Alex runs after him but lost him when they reach the school gate.

"RY-"

"Alex Fordil! You didn't iron your uniform again!"

"Not now- Oh no."

He was dragged to the discipline teacher's room. Ryan sat in his seat and saw the paper on his table. He reads it and saw his classmates whispering. 'Isn't it great? I design it to looks like a love letter. Now everyone thinks I am confessing to you. Imagine everyone knowing my identity except you. What a laughable situation.' The teacher walks inside with a guy that has dark blue hair.

"He is your new classmates. His name is Leo Castro."

Ryan grips his paper when he saw the guy. 'LEON!' Leo makes his way towards Ryan and sat down next to him. "Don't rip the paper. It's important." Leo whispers and looks to the front. Ryan looks at the paper and continues reading. 'I forgot to mention, the game had the best NPC. The NPC can't die and have respawned as another person when someone hurts them.'

Alex runs into the door and then opens the door to reveal his bloody nose. "I don't know the door was closed!" The teacher stares at him and sighs. "Take your sit Alex and the door is always closed." Chuckling a bit, he makes his way behind Leo and starts to drink his water before focusing on the class.

"You can drink in class?"

"What? Class A can't do that?"

Leo thinks for a while and nods to Ryan's question. Ryan then realizes he is talking with Leo normally and looks away. At lunchtime, Ryan drags Alex to rooftop and sat in front of the door to prevent people from entering. "Wow, you even invite me at lunch? Are we really friends now president?" Staring at the small guy, Ryan gave him a smile and nod. "I knew I couldn't trust those rumors."

"Rumors?"

"Rumors about you the cold hearted monster who always looks down on people."

Ryan hugs his legs and looks at the air. "Maybe they're true...I told Ma- I mean...I told a student name Wade...Why are you wasting energy crying than fighting? Don't be pathetic. Use your strength, weakling...He was beaten by bullies...and I said those things..." Alex stares at the guy and make his way to sits next to the big guy.

"Did you said something else to him?"

"I know not to waste time and get better."

"Then...you're not a monster. You just don't know how to say something kindly."

"Shut up broke guy."

Alex gave him a look that say 'Told you so' and pulled out a container. "My mom make me fried rice. Wanna share?" Ryan stares at his salad and back to Alex's fried rice. "I take back my word you're not broke. Give me that fried rice." Alex gasps and tried to take back his food but Ryan makes sure the short guy couldn't reach it.

Because they're not blocking the door, the door opens revealing Leo with his pizza in hand. He saw the two guy in weird position and went to sit down at somewhere far from them.

"Continue. I won't bother-"

"NOT THIS JOKE AGAIN!"

Alex laugh and caught his food from Ryan. "Wah! I'm sorry you have to go through hard time my lovely fried rice!" Alex hug his container while Ryan pout at him. Paper falls on Ryan's and Alex's hand. They read it and shows unreadable expression. "I see you guys have to go hunting again." Alex remembers Leo was there and straight away hide his paper.

"Oh don't worry. I know about the game. And I'm guessing you're new to this game right?"

Nodding his head slowly, Alex pulls out his paper again. "Do remember your friend could be a target too." Leo gave them a smirk and left the rooftop. A paper falls on Leon's hand and he reads it with no emotion.

'Punishment for killing target early, starts now.'

The schools end with Ryan and Alex fall down from the stairs. "I knew it was a bad idea to compete." They look up and saw Leo staring at them. "So...you guys wanna stay like that or get up and go home?" Ryan stands up and offers his hand to help Alex up. They walk together at the main gate and saw Thalia waving at Leo.

"Leo! You didn't tell me you went to my school!"

Mark raises his brow and Thalia quickly fix herself. "S-sorry! Didn't see you there! I'm his cousin! My name is Thalia West!" Ryan shows his name tag and look at Alex. "I am Alex! Alex Fordil!" Thalia smiles at them and pulled Leo aside. "We will get going, bye!" They watched as both students leave and they read their paper again.

"Hard level. Police officer. You?"

"I have to kill old woman. I'll see you tomorrow. I'll just do it tonight."

"Old woman...Isn't it kinda-"

"Shut up Alex. It's my life or hers."

Alex watches the guy walks away and stares at the paper. "Prize...100k...I'm sorry mom.."

Leo walks with Thalia to a store to buy ice cream until he saw a kid running without looking at the car that is going to her way. He sighs and runs to save the girl. Pushing the girl aside, he didn't have chance to run and got hit. His head starts to bleed as he felt his body laying on the ground.

'Punishment: to lived as humans until a new challenge assign to the character'

Ryan walks out from his house to buy groceries and saw ambulance driving past him. He shrugs it off and went inside a supermarket. He bought his stuff and heard the news. "A police officer was found dead by the new construction site. The caused of death is unknown for now but we will now meet their family-" Looking to the sweets aisle, Ryan pick a lollipop and starts eating it. He went to counter and pay for the lollipop and stuff before going back home.

He then remembers something and put the groceries inside his house before standing in his room. "I wish for you choose a victim for me this time." He was quickly teleported inside a house. He looks around and saw a family picture. "...This is the mayor's house." He heard something broken and check it out.

"How can you break my 100M vase! I will report it to my son-"

"No ma'am! Please! I have a son to take care of!"

"You should think twice before breaking my stuff!"

The beautiful old woman left. "It doesn't even cost that much..." The maid cries and starts sweeping the broken vase away. "Who are you-" Ryan saw the old woman behind him and cover her mouth before chopping her neck. The woman lose her consciousness.

"I guess even the first player hates bad guys."
