I walked slowly with a smile on my face towards the school building. I flipped my hair behind me as my heels clicked loudly. My driver was walking behind me holding an umbrella to shield my head. It had rained heavily last night but it was still drizzling till this morning.
"Have a nice day ma'am," he said politely as we reached the school entrance. I headed inside and spotted Nicole. Her eyes widened when she saw me. I waved at her and she hurriedly walked towards me.
"Audrey, you left school quite early yesterday," she said as we held hands and did our usual air pecks.
"I know right? I had a terrible headache and I had to leave," I replied.
