Sylin arrived a few days later. He did not know it was possible for the atmosphere in the Palace to feel so frigid since he left for just a few days. He immediately rushed to the Princess to see if she was safe but was met with the silent treatment. She even ignored Counselor Bim and Duke Hephit.
“Okay, what happened?”
“We might have accidentally slipped out the truth behind the death of Queen Tulip and we refused to tell her anything. She was not very pleased.”
