“It will be ok Max, we will get everything sorted. Just please be patient, you too Trevor!” Charles tried to reassure me as we sat in the marquee waiting for the Black Lotus pack to come in.
Two hours passed and Trevor was getting tense, we had sat near the doorway and could see the coach, so we knew they hadn’t left. He could also still sense her close by. Other packs had arrived and their members were now entering the marquee.
Blue River, Grey Claw, Crystal Moon, Crimson Forest and Silver Blood were all in the marquee and some had found mates and the Alpha’s were all happy for them. But our mate and her pack weren’t here yet, no one was happy for us!
