Phillip and Xander looked around and asked the guards if they had seen Meg since breakfast, one guard pointed them in the direction of the river. The river was 10 minutes away from the pack house and was in a dense area of the forest with trees either side, walking paths had been kept clear around it leading to different parts of the land. Through the trees that lined the river was the loud rushing noises of water bouncing of rocks at the base of the waterfall in the distance.
As they begun walking along the path that the guard pointed them down, they saw her in the distant, sitting on a large rock next to the steady flowing river, swirling her feet in the water, when they got a bit closer she looked up.
