Absolute Impact

Shiina/Osiris: Oh, he's actually alive.

Naomi: Akai! Where did you come from?

Akai: Huh? Why does your voice sound so womanly Nao? It's, kinda off-putting.

Nao's eyes faded back to the ruby color they usually were and stood up next to her brother with a snarky look and tone. "How rude could you possibly be to a woman Aka? You are so inconsiderate".

Akai: Huh? What are you...never mind.

Mori: So is nobody going to ask about me?

Shiina: So, what just happened? Doesn't seem like the caster wanted to kill you.

Mori: Oh come one!

Osiris: That, was probably the boss. He might've detected Mori's healing magic.

Akai: Magic?

Osiris: Yeah, Mori's Manu Angeli uses the mana remaining in the person's body and fuses it with the surrounding plants and animals to regenerate the injury.

Shiina and Mori stood there with bubbly expressions and nodded their heads in agreement every time Osiris spoke.

Akai: And you know this, how?

Osiris: Because I am a rather strange being I'll have you know you sir. I have-

Nao: My god you guys talk so much, can we go inside already. It's cold out here.

Osiris: Shut it brat!

Nao: Brat? Brat! How old even are you?

Osiris: I'll have you know that I am indeed 19 years old.

She crossed her arms and turned away.

Nao: Pfft, lady, You're barely taller than me and you're 7 years older. Pretty sad.

Osiris: What! Who taught you how to talk like that!

Akai: That would be me.

Akai rose his hand and formed a devious grin on his face at the same time as his little sister.

Osiris: Weirdo

Akai/Nao: The hell's that supposed to mean?

Osiris and Shiina recoiled at this comment after hearing the perfect unison once again. Osiris rubbed her eyes and let out a deep sigh. "Man I am sick of seeing these sis cons nowadays. We already have one weirdo sis con here".

Akai and Nao looked at each other with disgusted looks and then turned back at Osiris to see Mori laughing behind her and Shiina on her knees laughing in tears.

Akai/Nao: I'm definitely killing you tonight.

Osiris: Ugh, they even talk in unison. Gross.

Mori: Pfft hahaha, oh man Osiris. You are hilarious, but I know they definitely aren't like that.

Osiris: And how would you know that?

Mori: Because, I think Akai might be a little into me right now.

"What? How would she know that"?

Mori: I can read the emotions of the people I heal you know, since I feel their pain for them while they recover.

Akai froze where he stood and stopped patting his sister's head, his gaze was empty and his legs nearly collapsed. Well, they did collapse, after this. . .

Osiris: Heh, guess I can't really you a loli/siscon can I?

Akai: Why must I suffer such an embarrassing fate God? Why must you do these things to me?

The group laughed at the broken Akai for a few minutes while he sobbed in brutal embarrassment, shortly after this though, a flash of light hit Shiina and Osiris's faces. "Come on everyone, big man wants to talk to us". Shiina turned to Naomi as her eyes flashed in reaction to this, the two of them stared for a second before Nao grabbed her pathetic older brother and dragged him up to the door.

Nao: come on dumbass, you can't sit there sobbing like a little kid all day. We still need to introduce ourselves.

Akai looked up with an almost depressed look on his face and sniffled every few seconds.

Akai: She, made fun of me sis. I-what do I do?

Smack! SMACK! Nao slapped Akai first and Shiina followed it up with an even deeper back handed slam.

Nao: You know what you do, you shut up and stop crying over some Middle School girl you just met. She isn't even all that likeable anyway.

Mori snapped her head back with a fiery look in her eyes and an angry frown. "I can hear you Nao! Don't test me kid".

Akai: Huh? She definitely isn't as nice as I thought she was.

Nao: We usually aren't-

Bam! Nao again, smacked Akai but let go of him this time, letting his lifeless body hit the floor.

Nao: i***t.

Akai: Loli.

Nao: Wanna say that again? I don't think I heard you.

Akai: Nah, I'm good.

Nao: Thought so-

Osiris: Hey! Attention!

Akai shot up to his feet with a forced blank face but he was unable to hide the blushes now that Mori had positioned herself beside him. Her warm body and luxurious silver hair caressed his arms as a middle aged man approached the group of outsiders.

The old man stared at Akai for a few seconds before fixing his gaze on Nao who he locked his gaze to for several seconds. He never blinked, not once as he and Nao battled intensely, neither of them dared to back down. Akai noticed that this old man was giving his 12 year old sister a creepy look and moved to intervene but was stopped by a sense of danger rushing through his chest.

"Step back my love"!

Akai leaned his head back quickly and shot his foot up his center where it was stopped by a strong wall of some sort. It felt like a window even though it never bent or cracked from Akai's considerable strike.

???: What makes you think that you have the right to hit me?

Akai looked down to see a fist that had just barely missed his stomach, in this clenched fist was a Tonfa's handle with a tiny blade poking out of the front. Akai's instincts had saved him and then stalled out as the man brought the blade right up to his gut and applied enough pressure to hurt but not draw blood.

???: Well! What makes you think you have the authority to hit your elders!? Do you think that we are your personal toys just because we're old?

Akai: What the hell are you talking about? You aren't old at all?

???: Eh? What?

Naomi sat there silently with demonic glowing eyes and clenched fists, she bit her lip and glared at the man with her transformed gaze. Shiina shifted her eyes to the situation as well as Osiris but neither of the sisters dared move. Sweat ran down Mori's face and blood soon drained from her nose and mouth.

Mori subconsciously noted the sweet, metallic taste in her mouth and the stinging sensation on the inside of her right cheek but her body was stiff from pure fear. Her instincts took over and forced her into submission along with Shiina and Osiris, the three girls stood there with sweat dripping from their chins and fingers but they never once budged.

"Don't touch my brother you dirt bag"! Naomi's eyes had shifted from Crimson to Jet Black and Mori's bloody nose turned to a stream of blood as the two opposing forces grew. The old man turned back to Naomi and in a blur, snapped his wrist up to Akai's throat, resting the blade on his neck.

???: What are you gonna do about it kid? Does it make you mad that your brother is in danger?

Naomi: Yes in fact it does, it Really PISSES ME OFF!

Naomi brought her hand up to strike the man but she stopped mid swing and ducked just before the hand holding the blade up to Akai's neck swung around with enough force to crush her skull.

Akai: Tch, bastard! Don't touch my sister!

Akai swung at the man with a straight right but before he made impact, something blunt slammed into his chest and only a second later, he felt his back smash into a cold and sturdy surface. Akai fell to the ground, jarred by his impact and stunned by his flight. The world around him spun and the light coming through the blue colored windows were incredibly bright, a blur set in on his vision effectively blinding him for a moment.

Akai looked up to see Naomi running at the man who was mid air, barreling at Akai's limp body and nearly blind vision. He couldn't see them but he just knew that Nao was coming, which pissed him off thoroughly. "If this guy sent to the floor with one shot, he'll kill Nao with those Tonfa blades".

He rose his hands and felt time almost slow to a halt once again, but this time the color remained and his body moved all be it very slowly. His breathing never slowed down and his eyes blew out a black flash as his hand was consumed with a strange material. The material felt solid and liquid at the same time, like he could pierce it but there clearly structure there.

Putting that aside, Akai shot his hand at the man with an enraged look who seemed to be saying something, Akai couldn't understand it though, time was too slow and so the sound in the air never hit him. "Don't you touch my Nao. Don't you dare lay a finger on my Yuna! And don't you ever dare try hurting me"!

The black substance shot up his right arm to his elbow where it extended in arcs and strings all the way to his shoulder. His irises cracked and shattered into nothing, leaving behind an all white eye socket. Veins of blood appeared from behind his eye and raced towards then center of his eye where a new pupil and iris were formed with crimson color replacing his beautiful sky blue gaze.

"No way, not gonna happen you stupid self conscious stupid ass"!

Akai's hair on his right side got turned partially black and he received a black stripe running all the way up his face, through his right eye. "I see through you old man!", a burst of this shadowy material shot out of Akai's hand once his arm fully extended towards the unnamed man. It expanded outward like a wave of all consuming darkness that stopped at nothing to move forward until it reached out about 3 feet in front of Akai.

???: What! He can use it already?!

Time returned to normal in an instant and although to Akai this wall of darkness had taken several seconds to form, to everyone else the wall had just suddenly appeared with a loud snapping sound resembling a flag whipping in a hurricane.

"I hope this works the way I think it will".

Akai's red irises thinned out as his pupils widened to the size of a marble, his arm had an almost electric sensation surge through it and a sense of omnipotence ran up his spine all in the span of a single second. Raw might shook the air around his opponent's body but it didn't matter, Akai felt like an unstoppable force and treated his next 3 seconds as such.

His voice echoed throughout the lobby they stood in and the entire building as he shouted. "Manu Angeli"!

Shiina: Akai no!

Osiris: Stupid Newbie, don't!

Mori tackled Naomi to the ground and Shiina dropped on top of her while Osiris jumped in front and placed spun her Morning Star around her. Osiris's morning star formed a transparent green barrier in between the chains that created an almost unbreakable barrier.

Osiris: Stay behind me you three!

Shiina: Look out! He's using it!

Akai's shadows almost covered the Captain before they stopped momentarily and morphed into a thick wall of pure black silence. No sound or light escaped through this wall of nothing, the man lost all sense of Akai's location behind the wall. Still in the air, the man questioned just what he was seeing but immediately reacted with a wide spin to his body, smashing his leg into the air with such intense force that the walls around them nearly blew off of the ground.

The shadow wall only reacted with a small ripple running out from the center where the shockwave landed. Another shock was sent but again, only ripples came out from the center while the surrounding structure was severely damaged.

Gashes and lacerations ripped into the concrete reinforced walls as small streams of white wind from curled around the Captains body, gradually making their way towards his left leg that was coming around for another back kick.

Suddenly, Akai's voice rang through the wall as a small hole opened up on the side so as not to reveal his true position. The Captain noticed this and prepared some sort of Wind based technique with his leg.

Captain: I guess you earned one of my spells boy, you're very talented with Keys.

Akai: That's funny, I just learned what they are a few hours ago!

Captain: Angel's Gale!

Akai: Shadow Wall!

The Captains leg swung around and made direct impact with Akai's Shadow Wall releasing a devastating shockwave through out the room and building alike destroying Windows and glass items without discrimination.

Akai's Shadow Wall was instantly shattered into oblivion leaving behind no trace. Silence tapered off as the Wall's effects quickly subsided and sound began to return to the void pocket in the room.

Suddenly, a roaring battle cry exploded out from behind the disappearing darkness that crushed the shocking and froze the terrified bystanders alike, they never dare move but now, their heads tore up to see Akai, mid air himself about to land a destructive right hook on the Captain.

Akai's fist tore through the sharp wind with impressive speed and precision for a novice, his legs and torso aligned in the perfect position to maximize the impact of his punch.

The Captain's right fist revealed itself from behind his rotating body, covered in the same white streams of Wind and Mana. The air around him trembled as the full force and speed of his punch created a small vacuum in front of and on top of his fist where Wind was being torn from to further propel his mighty blow.

Captain: Territory!

Suddenly, a transparent green flame encompassed the Captain's right arm and seemed to infect the streams of wind that soon had smaller streams of Green fire bursting out of them all over. Green flames busted out of his eyes and flooded over his entire body faster than a blink and before Akai knew it, the Captain's body was back to normal with only fire covering his hand.

"Where did it all go?"! Akai blinked once or twice before he noticed that the intensity of the flames on his that hand had become far less transparent and much more intense.

He had brought all of the fire from his body and focused into his fist that was now rocketing towards Akai with tremendous power. Their fists were only inches away now and a ball of Blackish purple shadows mixed with white and green wind had formed between them, it cracked and warped with every passing fraction of a second as the two monsters drew ever closer.

Lights flickered and chairs skipped as the mana between their fists gave off bolts of magical lightning and energy. The Black miasma that had consumed Akai's right arm began to shoot off black lightning in every direction, crushing the color out of everything it touched. Splotches of white and grey covered the room as well as small pockets of green fire.

Captain: So, that's how it is then?

The Captain's arm exploded with Bright Green fire as it slammed into Akai's fist, crushing and exploding the baseball sized orb of light between them.

Upon impact, the miasma in Akai's arm shot down his flesh into his hand and what came of it was an eruption of black lightning that shot through the Captain's fire and parted the wind streams around him. Green lightning retaliated, blasting Akai's chest but he ignored it as his nerves had all but been destroyed from the shoulders down. For now.

Captain: Damn, that spell is stronger than it lets off.

Captain: Guess, it's time to give unto you what I feel is worthy, Tenshi.

Akai: Wha-
