Reed’s POV
The hunt seems to be continuing on without much excitement, which is a good thing. We could stand for an uneventful remaining few days.
“My lord.” I hear Shadow’s voice behind me.
“Yes?” I turn to him.
“I revealed myself to Lady Celeste.” He says.
“Why? Was she in danger?” I ask.
“No, nothing life threatening. She had a run in with Lady Annabelle and Lady Violet. It seemed to be an unpleasant conversation and Lady Celeste appeared to be having a panic attack after they left.” Shadow says.
“Panic attack?”
“She fell to the ground, it seemed she couldn’t catch her breath. I calmed her down and talked her through it. She recovered rather quickly.” Shadow says.
That sounds like what I did for Celeste after that incident at Twin lakes pack.
