Chapter 2: Revelations

“ It’s okay, Luna I let him come in.” - I say as I pet her in the head. “Now you better start explaining what you are doing here, and I don’t want any funny business.”  “Of course. As I said before, my name is Alexander and I’m a part of an elite group of royal guardians called Drops of Agasaya, inside this group we are divided into four categories: Deimos, Keres, Kratos, and finally my group Alke.”  “Okay, but what does that have to do with me?” - This was starting to make even less sense to me but I was still curious to hear the whole story.   “This has everything to do with you but I haven’t gotten there yet. Your father is the king of Stardust and the commander of the Drops of Agasaya and your mother was the queen and a great one if I say so my self, but she was human and there were too many threats to her safety so king Orin sent both of you here you were only a few months old at the time. Now its time for you to come back home, princess Melody.” - Now I felt myself go into complete shock and was petty sure this Alexander guy was crazy so I decided to put him to the test.  “Okay Alexander, but I have no proof that Stardust actually exists and that you are who you claim to be. If you think you can just waltz in here, drop this «story» on me, and expect me to believe every word that just came out of your mouth without any type of evidence, you are completely wrong.”  “You really are a Starlink! But I do have proof, the golden bracelet your mother gave to you on your 15th birthday …”   “How do you know about that bracelet?”   I immediately cut him off I never told about that bracelet to anyone, not even Ashley, it was too painful to talk about. My mother died 2 days before my 15th birthday, in a car accident and the paramedics that tried to save her found the golden bracelet in the passenger seat along with a note that said “ Happy birthday my darling Melody you know I love you deeply, and when the time is right someone will come and get you home, Mama.” “Now, do you believe me, princess? You remember the note, don’t you?” - Alexander looked at me with a smirk playing on his face.  “You could have seen me wear the bracelet or seen the box that I keep her in. It says the 15th birthday present from mama. You’ll have to do better than that.”  “Okay, princess, the note that came with it said «when the time is right someone will come and get you home» “ - as the words left his mouth the blood drained from my face and a cold chill passed through me. Then I was sure that he was telling the truth and I had to go with him to Stardust, there was no denying   “Fine! I believe you, Alexander. I’ll go but I have a condition.”  “Tell me and I’ll make it happen!”  “Luna, she comes with me.”  I looked over at my wolf that was staring right into my eyes with her head tilted to the side, her eyes here soft,  filled with love and glossy from tears I knew she was holding. I swear sometimes this wolf behaves like a human.  “Fine” he sighed “Now let us go your father is expecting us soon. You have an hour to pack and there’s no need for clothes we have those for you at the castle. I will be back soon with our transportation.”  “I’ll go prepare for the trip, then.”
