9 Rama I discovered something today that made my stomach churn. No, it was not “the daughter” that the monkey talked about. No, it was this thing that apparently was called the Cradle. I was still looking through different things trying to search out the last clues that the monkey had told me about. Namely being the mention of this thing called the Penetration Police, it was searching through any mention of this thing called the Cradle. Apparently, the entire Fakir race have one thing they are utterly terrified about. That was death. Everyone is afraid of dying so that is not the surprising part. The surprising part was that the Fakirs were absolutely obsessed by it. So, obsessed they spent years trying to extend their lives. Fakirs had long lives at an average being around 300 years
