I needed a drink myself after Mother’s sermon and i needed to be somewhere else, so when I sighed and announced to my brothers that I was heading down to the bar, Kai and Lysander answered with identical scowls of agreement. “Yeah, anything to get our minds off all this madness.” Lysander ran a hand through his hair.
