“I'm sorry! I didn't mean-!”
“Do you want to die, huh?!!” The girl growled to see her car's body scratched by Malia.
A curly blonde girl got off the steering wheel. She was pissed off. Her face turns bright red in rage and looks stiffened like steel.
Malia condemned her carelessness. She accidentally opened Abigail's car door to scratch the girl's black Bentley that pulled over beside her.
“I didn't mean it, sorry! It was an accident!” Malia begged in short of breath and confusion.
The girl is forced to corner Malia. She can't accept it. “You must pay for the damage! Do you know how priceless this car is?! I just got it, and it's my present birthday! HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND?!
The commotion seized the attention of all the inhabitants of Vortigern University. The shriek of the Bentley owner's girl echoed in the yard.
Abigail came down to quell the commotion. She started to move when the curly blonde girl pushed Malia roughly. “Woah! Ladies. Okay, calm down. We can talk about this, honey.”
“Did you see my car pull over, Huh?! ARE YOU BLIND?! You might be mistaken, bothering me!” she yelled in a challenging tone.
Abigail broke up the fight. “Forgive my daughter, pretty girl. It was an accident. I promise - I'll do the cost of damage, and I'm not running away. Please, no need to be so mad, sweetheart.”
The girl snorted rudely. “Ah! Never mind! You won't be able to pay for this car! My Bentley is the latest release! The price is fantastic. I doubt it! Middle-class people like you won't be able to cost them!”
Malia sighed irritably. She glared in disbelief at the girl's remark just now.
[ Yeah, incredible. Insulting my mother in front of a lot of people. I hope you are satisfied, Queen Bees! Oh, my god! I can't believe this! I'm just complimenting this place on the fun. What an earthly paradise! How rude! ]
“Are you okay, honey?” Abigail embraced a visibly shaken Malia.
Malia became the center of many people's attention, “I'm so sorry, mom. You should hear that. It's all my fault. God, this is so embarrassing.”
“Not your fault! Everyone knows we didn't do it on purpose. Let it go. Whatever she wants to talk about us. Forget it, okay? Just focus on your college.”
“I've always bothered you, mom. So sorry for everything,” Malia stated in a sore tone.
Abigail cupped Malia's cheeks. She smiled warmly, “Don't let this blow your mind, sweetheart. Consider it an experience that has colored your life, Malia. Smile! You can't be miserable! I have to go to work. All right, my ravishing miracle? See you later, honey.”
Malia smiled sweetly - nodded her head.

Music−
Malia bowed when she arrived at the door of the empty music room. Today there is no extra class scheduled. She doesn't know why she stopped there.
She opened the door hesitantly. The familiar odor of the music room. Her campus in L. A has the same scent.
Malia approached the grand piano on the side of the giant window.
The view from the music room was straight to the backyard. The green grass of the American football field has no activity except the tribune chairs used to gather students.
Malia hits the piano with a deep breath. She is always sorrowful when faced with this. It reminds her of the Robert Sutton crash vividly in her mind.
“Daddy! Watch out!”
“Malia!!!”
[ Deg!! ]
The terrible incident happened quickly. When the big truck car suddenly came out from the opposite direction, it was in the path of the sedan.
Destroy anything.
The most excruciating gravity struck Malia. The crash blow tore the cabin of the sedan. An echoed voice of broken glass rattles, metal bends, and metal creaks.
The darkness leads to Robert's death and sends Malia to a comatose bed in a hospital.
Malia feels her ribs, which are sometimes still painful. She shrugged to take a deep breath.
[ I missed your funeral, dad. Because I was lying in a coma, I wish I could change the time - I don't want you to come to my musical recital. I'd rather never jump onto this field than lose you. ]
Malia exhaled poignantly. Her pair of bright eyes warmed remembers Robert.
Her hand pressed a button. Slowly until she uses her whole fingers. Malia sat on the piano chair and played it from the heart. He's stringing beautiful tunes.
At least she still remembers how to use it even though six months have passed. Now she's stuck in Maine. Left all her pain behind in L.A.
Leave it and a new beginning but instead, stick with this again.
Malia can still play well.
She focused on the tapering fingers dancing on the keys. Without realizing someone was watching her with an intense eye glare from the half-closed door of the music room.
Kaius Slater leaned against the door. He stood for a long time in silence - peeking at Malia intensely. The young man had been curious about Malia Sutton since he first met her in Mrs. Wesson’s room.
There's something strange about this girl. Her scent is alluring.
Kaius had never felt this passionate attraction before.
As if fate continued to bring him together with the girl.
The raised lid blocked Malia's gaze. Unaware of anyone else's presence there.
She still enjoys the strains of scales that unite into a beautiful unity song.
Before, anger, hatred, and pain overwhelmed her heart again. Malia slammed the keys to create a low note full of wounds.
[ No, I can't do it! ]
Malia got up. She walked out of the music room with angry footsteps.
Kaius docked in the crack of the corridor as Malia Sutton opened the exit of the music room. The girl left unaware of his presence.
Kaius's sharp and shady eyes narrowed-fixated on Malia's distant back.
The scent of white lily musk pierced his pointed nose.
Malia's sunset hair is shining wavy, she is tall, and a pair of bright eyes iris silver streak glass - it's radiant genuine and innocent.
[ Jeez, what's wrong with you, Kai? Since you met that girl, you have become irrational and often act strangely. Why am I here? ]

“Malia! Sit here!” Rebekah Ainslee called her from the table by the window. Shiloh shared a big smile, waving to her, too.
Malia replied with a grinning smile. She didn't expect to see them again. Malia nodded at the food counter. Take her lunch in hand.
Rebekah patted the seats next to her. “Come on, sit here. I've been waiting for you. How was the first day? Have fun?”
Malia nodded. “Incredible.”
“I don't know, what are you majoring in, anyway?” Shiloh asked curiously.
“I have two majors - Law and IT.”
“NO WAY!!” Shiloh widened her eyes in disbelief. “Seriously?! Two faculty majors?! Uh, you're insane, too, huh? Students have to take two majors here - it's arduous, and you must be a genius. Other students who apply are not necessarily approved, Malia.”
Rebekah had always admired Malia since their first met. “You are a badass, Malia. Do you have any particular accomplishments? Mrs. Wesson didn't think twice about accepting you.”
“I'm just lucky, I guess,” Malia chortled. She ate her lunch.
“Ah, what a pity. We are different majors. What if being in the same class is fun?” Shiloh pouted as she tore her bread. “Rebekah took applied science while I studied social media. You're the Law and IT. Uh, do you know Kaius Slater?”
Malia nods. Her forehead is a little wrinkled. “Yeah, he was in class-”
[ Bbbruuughh! ]
“Jeez!” Malia jolted up when someone came to her desk and spilled a glass of cola on her coat.
“Oops! Sorry. My hands are slippery.” The girl's voice sounded defiant and hissing. “Take it, b***h! It's free cola - this is for my lavish car that you scratched!”
Malia scoped out with a bent face in surprise. Her coat was wet and sticky. Malia got a gaping - Oh my gosh! She's the Bentley girl!
Her being here is a nightmare for Malia.
The girl still has a grudge against her about the incident this morning. The girl crossed her hands over her chest with a devilish smile. Her eyes lit up with disdain.
Shiloh glared furiously.
“What the hell is your problem, Alexandra Denver?!” Shiloh rebuked, indulged, and stood up from her chair.
Alexandra Denver rolled her eyes. “Back off! Stay out of it! None of your business!”
Rebekah grabs Shiloh's cola glass to reciprocate. She slapped Sandra's shoulder.
“Oops! Sorry, Denver. My hands are slippery, too.” Rebekah giggled in amusement.
Sandra's face hardened. Her eyes were blazing with exasperation - Okay, this situation looks worsening.
