"YAH! WHAT ARE your plans now? When will we go back in Korea? Ten called me and said that we should go back there immediately because he needs to go back in Thailand for some matters. Are you going to think of her the whole day again?"

I stayed silent.

How is she? I miss her. I miss her so much. Her smile, her laugh, her voice, her hugs. I miss everything about her. I wish I could turn back the time. And go back to the time that we're still happy. No problems. No barricades.

"Hey. Did you hear what I said?"

"Please. Leave me alone for hours. And I promise, I will tell you my plans after." I coldly said. He just sighed and left my room.

In the first place, I should've stayed. I'm so dumb to leave my girl.

But as long as she's happy, then I will be happy. That's it.

Love, patience, bravery, hope, honesty, pain.

I will love her forever.

Patience. I will wait for her forgiveness even if it takes a year or more.

I'm brave enough to play this game just to protect her.

I'm still hoping that she'll forgive me after I explain the reason why I vanished.

And for that explanation, I will honestly tell her everything. No lies.

And I will ready myself for the upcoming result. Which is the pain.

After I talked to Jennie, I asked Rosé to stay with the others for awhile because I need to talk to Ten in our room. And she just did what I said. I'm now here in our room with Ten. Sitting on the floor. Facing each other. And looking at each other's eyes.

"Why do you have to do that? Why did you let me go if you still love me? You just made it hard for you more. Are you dumb? Are you crazy?" I irritatedly asked.

"I love you." I felt like my body weakened when I heard those words from him. "And that reason is enough for me to let you go. I can't bear seeing you looking at someone else while still in my arms. I can't bear seeing you secretly loving someone else while still in my arms. Because it might hurt me more. That's why I decided to let you go. So you can happily live with Jennie." He said and smiled bitterly. A tear escaped from my eyes down to my cheek.

"Lisa, don't worry about me. About what would I feel. Always remember that I'm a brave man. Remember? I was the one who's always there to protect you. And I will still protect you no matter what." He added. He cupped my face and gently caressed it.

"From now on, let's just pretend that nothing happened more between us. That we didn't have a relationship. Think of me as your bestfriend, and a brother. And I'll think of you as my bestfriend, and my sister. That's it, okay? Don't worry and don't think too much. I can handle these pain. It won't kill me." He stated. He then wiped my tears away and pulled me for a hug. I just hugged him back.

"You jerk, I hate you." I muttered and pinched his waist. I heard him chuckled.

"Why hate me?"

"You made me cry." I replied. He chuckled again and tightened the hug.

"Sorry. I won't do that again." He softly said and caressed my back. "Lalisa, did you already witness me crying?" He suddenly asked and pulled away from the hug. I looked at him.

"Why?"

"Just asking."

"Hmm. I guess, not yet. Well, I think you're really a brave man. A man who won't cry easily." I said sincerely.

"I already cried. During our dinner date. Remember? When we talked about our life. Then you excused yourself and went to the bathroom. I cried that time because my life was really hard. I cried a lot. I bet you didn't notice my swollen eyes that's why you didn't find out that I cried." He said and leaned his head on the wall.

Oh. I already remembered. That time when I was in US. That's where I met him. After we became official, we had a dinner date. And we talked about how hard our life is. Well, I already noticed that he felt really sad while talking about his life. But I just ignored it. Before leaving the resto, I excused myself and went to the bathroom. So, he cried that time?

"Yeah. I didn't notice that you has a swollen eyes that time. It's quite dark though because it's already evening." I said and shrugged.

"Yeah. You're right."

After some conversation with him, we exited our hotel room and went to room 154 which is Wendy, Joy, Yeri and Sunmi's room. They're all there. Playing like kids. Aish.

"Just to remind you, we're currently in a hotel. Not in your apartment. So don't be too loud." I said and sat between Jisoo unnie and Seulgi unnie.

"Stop being killjoy, Lalisa. We're here to have some fun! Why not enjoy, right?" Bam said. I rolled my eyes.

"Please, guys. Not here. You can do the fun you want later when we go out." I warned again. It made them shut up. They continued playing but they're not that loud anymore.

"Where will we go later? And what time?" I heard Jennie asked. Good thing that she's not that quite and uncomfortable anymore.

"I did some research. And we can eat our dinner in the HouseBoat Grill. What do you think?"

"Hmm. That's interesting. What time is it now?"

"5:30 in the afternoon." I replied. "We can go there at exact 6PM." I stated.

"Then, we should get ready now. Everyone, go back to your rooms." I stood up and exited room 154 together with Bam, Ten and Rosé and entered our room. I quickly changed my clothes and put a light makeup.

After fixing ourselves, we all went outside the hotel.

"Wow. It's so windy." Irene unnie said. I saw Jennie hugging herself. She's cold.

Without hesitation, I took off my jacket and gave it to her.

"But, it's yours, Lili. I'm fine." I glared at her so she just accepted the jacket and wore it.

And now, I'm the one who's cold now.

"Should we go now?" Ten asked.

"Yeah. Let's go."

As we arrived, our mouth agaped as we saw the HouseBoat Grill. It's nice. That's all I can say.

"Wow. This is fantastic." I heard Jennie mumbled. I held her hand and intertwined our fingers.

"Let's enjoy the view, shall we?" I asked and smiled.

"We shall." She then kissed my cheek. Much to my surprise.

"Aigoo. You really didn't know how to respect the single ones." Bambam said.

We sat on our respective seats. I grabbed the menu.

"So, what we should eat?" Irene unnie asked.

"Hey, what do you want?" I whispered to Jennie.

"Hmm, anything. As long as I can eat it." She replied.

I looked at the menu.

"Did anyone already have an experience here?"

"I am." I said while still looking at the menu. All the dishes here looks fine. But almost all of them are expensive.

"Then you should order, Limario." Jisoo unnie said. I just nodded.

After a minute, I called the waiter and ordered the foods.

"Two of Hearty Beef & Black Bean Soup, five of Jamaican coffee, one Warm Mini Molten Chocolate Cake with Chantilly cream, and two bottles of wine." I said to the waiter as he listed those. He then repeated it to me and left.

"Wow. Rich Manoban. Rich Manoban." Bam said.

"It costs 12,300." I stated. Their eyes widened as they heard what I said.

"12,300? It's too much, Lalisa!" Rosé hissed.

"Don't worry, I will pay it. It's my treat. I have enough money for that."

"But, Lili, it's too much. You shouldn't have ordered that much. We're not that hungry." Jennie worriedly said. I held her hand and caressed it.

"It's okay, Nini."

"Aigoo. If I am a killer, I already killed the both of them. Tss. I lost my appetite." I heard Bambam hissed. I threw a tissue on him.

"Don't be such a bitter, Mr. Bhuwakul." I said that made them burst into laughters.

As the foods arrived, we didn't hesitate and just started eating. They all love the foods I ordered. Which is a good thing for me. I am, truly, the leader of this squad.

After eating, we stayed at the houseboat grill for awhile to enjoy the view and went back in the hotel we're staying after. I quickly took a shower and wore my PJ, and laid down beside Rosé on our bed. Ten and Bam are laying down on the other bed, and as usual, they're playing mobile games.

"Ah. It's really good to share a room with the three of you. You know, we're really close with each other so it's so comfortable." Rosé said and I immediately agreed.

"Yeah. But please, don't you dare snore in your sleep. I will really kick you out of this room and let you sleep in the other's room." Bambam said.

"Omo. I'm scared." Rosé said sarcastically.

Yeah. They're arguing again.

"Anyway, I want to tell you something." I heard Ten said. It made the three of us look at him. "After our vacation, I will go back in Thailand for some matters. Family and work matters." He added.

"What about your studies? You will stop again?" I worriedly asked.

"I already informed our Principal and said that I will be gone for a month. He said that I should continue my studies there in Thailand since his friend is also a Principal of a university. He already asked his friend about that so I can still continue my studies. So don't worry." He explained and let out a smile.

"So, you will be gone for just a month?" Bam asked.

"Yeah. I'll be back immediately." He replied.

"I have something to tell you,too." Bam said, almost like a whisper. He seems like nervous.

"What is it?" It took him a seconds before he answered.

"I saw someone watching us and our actions. I'm sure, he's one of Mr. Wang's guy." He continued. Our eyes widened.

"f**k that Mr. Wang. He really want us to play his game." Rosé spitted out. I clenched my fist as I gritted my teeth.

"He really want to harm the squad. We need to do something to stop him." I said.

"But we can't do anything. He's too powerful, Lali. We can't stop him."

"We can. We can secretly stop his plans." I coldly stated.

"Lalisa, he's too powerful. We can't really stop him."

"And what do you want me to do? Let him do his plans? Let him harm my family? Let him harm the squad? Hell no." I spitted out.

They became silent after that.

If they didn't want to help me, then I will do it by myself.

"Finally. We're going back in Korea." He said as we made our way towards our private plane.

"Call Ten. Tell him that we're going back now."

"Roger that."

After some rings, Ten picked up the call.

"Hey, Ten, we're going back in Korea now."

"Now? Really?"

"Yep. We're currently inside our private plane. Any minute from now, we're heading back there."

"Good to hear. Just stay at one of the hotel there. We're still here in New York. After our vacation, I'm going back in Thailand."

"Alright." He then ended the call.

Finally. I'm going to see her again.
