Richard's face flushed bright red. Then it drained into a sickly white. A moment later, it turned an ugly shade of green. He crushed the non-compete agreement in his fist until the paper was wrinkled beyond recognition. Margaret stopped crying instantly. Her lips trembled so badly she couldn't even form a sentence.
