"What do you want Darla" he said with a stern voice I felt some chills but then I summoned the courage to say

"Raven what do you think you are doing with her this low life we've known each other for so long we've been friends for so long how can you chose her over me she's nothing more than a Savage and she's from some low life pack a pack which was eliminated by an esteem pack like ours..."

"One more word from you about my dead parents or my pack and I will snap you like a twig. Low life? ha you are the ones who embraced savagery Darla and I promise you this will not go unchallenged" Layra said her eyes almost red she was just about to change into her wolf self and attack Darla

"I was never your friend Darla keep that In mind and ah I've known Layra since she was born she was a better friend than you could ever be, even though she was young then she was far more matured than you ever were" I felt like a sword was driven right through my heart Raven dared compare me to this little b***h how could he? I saw Kade getting on his feet he has been on the floor ever since Layra's blow, It must have done a number on him and then my dad came into the scene

"So the whole family is complete" Raven said mockingly

"Alpha Raven I'm so sorry about everything that's happened please can you reconsider and sign the treaty" my father said and then I recalled why I wasn't able to put Layra in her place earlier due to the interruption from Raven so he didn't sign the peace treaty does that mean there might be war I mean other packs might attack us now since we no longer have the Saddler's backings most of them have stayed away due to that fact especially those we've cheated in business and our way of life. Does that mean I'll no longer see my handsome Raven? is he leaving for good I can't let this happen I have to do something

"Actually Silvester I never came all this way to sign some treaty even though Layra wasn't here I had plans of getting my revenge on you for murdering her parents I especially would have challenged you for killing them years ago but due to some stupid treaty I wasn't able to so now give me one good reason why I would renew that treaty with savages like yourself and that useless son of yours" Raven said in irritation.

Layra's POV

Raven and I were about to leave until Darla called him

"Raven" she called and Raven halted for some reason

"What do you want Darla" he asked

"I was never your friend Darla keep that In mind and for your information I've know Layra since she was born. She was a better friend than you could ever be, even though she was young then she was far more matured than you ever were" Raven said, so this revelation was new. He knew me since I was born does that mean he was that charming Prince I knew when I was young I would surely ask him when we are on our way home or when we get home but then Silvester came to the scene

"Alpha Raven I'm so sorry about everything that's happened please can you reconsider and sign the treaty" the lunatic of a man said I was actually surprised Raven didn't sign the treaty did he do it for me I would have to ask him later but his words said it all

"Actually Silvester, I never came all this way to sign some treaty. Even if Layra wasn't here, I had plans of getting my revenge on you for murdering her parents. I could feel the irritation from him, now I'm sure he is my prince charming the boy I liked when I was a kid I smiled at this realization

"Oh an alpha that's funny someone who isn't even able to defend himself calls himself an alpha" Raven said

"I'm an Alpha, Raven you have no right to say I'm not. Layra doesn't belong with you, she belongs with me I love her and she's mine. I would make her mine"

"Shut the f**k up Kade I've had enough of you, you want to make me yours? Even if I was hypnotized I wouldn't for a second love you" I said angrily the nerve he has, saying I was his.

"Raven let's go I can't bear to stay in this godforsaken place any longer" I said and then Raven held my hands and we both left their sight hand in hand

While they stood dumbfounded

Jacob's POV

After I was told to go to the car, to put all the luggage there is, I stood outside waiting for my Alpha and Luna thinking they were right behind me, but then, they weren't coming out.

If they were having difficulties, he could have mind linked me to come to him so am sure they must be having another sweet moment in there, while waiting at the parking lot, I better say hello to one of these beauties staring at me with lust.

Cause I am really s*x starved who would have thought that for close to 72 hours I am yet to be laid, I must be turning into a monk more than I realize we better get back home so I can go meet Angie, my regular w***e. But then all these ladies and their lustful and seductive stares are turning me on.

I know we are in an enemy's territory but then s*x got no enemies, at least I should just kiss someone's lips cause am losing my mind.

So I beckoned on one walking towards me.

"Hey beautiful" I said to a lady passing by,

And she immediately walked up to me saying,

Immediately she came close I grabbed her ass and kissed her. Damn right now I must look like a hungry Lion devouring its prey.

"Damn, it tastes great" I said and continued with it.

"Come on let's go somewhere quiet for the rest cutie"

As much as that invitation is tempting, I can't so I just kissed her and asked her to be on her way. It was saddening having to reject this opportunity but I just have to else, alpha

"Start the car now" Alpha Raven said to me

Well, well, well look who decided to join me at last, where have you two been? I have been waiting out here for quite a while guys.

"Fine at least let's drive a little farther from here to a restaurant or something cause I and my Luna are starving. And being in an enemy's territory isn't helping matters Just do this for me, am really furious right now"

I bowed and then entered into the driver seat and we drove out towards the gate after which they reluctantly opened up and we drove away after an hour drive, we arrived at an eatery and entered into it after which we decided to order for some snacks, so I began placing the orders.

"Waitress, please get us some hot hamburger, deep dish pizza some sandwiches some tacos three dishes each and also package some barbecues and some sausages"

"Should the packaged one be three dishes each as well?" The sexy waitress asked

So I nodded and she smiled at me and then left.

"So guys what happened that made you stay longer than supposed? I was seriously waiting out there for you guys."

"Its those imbeciles again, on our way out of the floor,

Kade began blabbing about the fact that Layra was his mate and she isn't supposed to leave with me.

And the worst part of it all was that he wanted to drag her off. Like he owns her or something, but then Your Luna did something awe inspiring. She actually punched him and this sent him off. I was so mesmerized." Raven said with pride

"Whoa!! Wish I wasn't foolishly waiting by the car, would have definitely applauded "

"Come on you two don't make a big deal out of it." Layra said

"But it is a big deal. You actually put all of them in their places am glad" Raven said while pecking her on the cheek.

It is an adorable sight to behold.

"So what happened next, come on fill me in." I was really curious.

Just then the waitress came with our orders. And while we ate, we kept chatting.

I am really glad my Luna isn't some snub or someone who isn't outspoken. She is the perfect Luna any alpha could possibly deserve, let alone this friend of mine.

So Jenifer saw her son groaning on the floor and was about to slap her. But then shs was the one who got slapped instead. It's quite a wonderful sight.

"Silly, but what really got me angry was that ugly b***h Darla Stone. How dare she call you her friend, were you guys that close"

"But of course not they weren't, she is just being delusional Luna. She is a banshee and a crazy b***h. She had always had eyes for Raven, that's why she thinks she has any ownership."

"She is definitely crazy then" Layra said

"So back to my explanations they all tried to stop us both from leaving and that was it"

"The nerve of those guys, should I head back and give those people a piece of my mind?" I said in attempt to ligten the mood and it worked.

Luna laughed and I was glad I was able to cheer her up

"Haha very funny, but I am sure they are yet to recover from the one given them earlier so relax Jacob" Layra said.

"Come on let's all eat so we can be on our way, we still have a long way to go" Raven said and we all got busy with out meals we were really starving cause we finished everything except for the packaged for later.

After paying the bills we left the eatery and I drove the car towards home.
