Isaac's POV
We had just gotten to Lexi's house which was 2 stories and huge. Kevin had told me that her room was on the second floor, third door on left. I knocked on her door and she said come in so I did, and she was on her bed facing opposite of the door silently crying when I spoke she turned around
"Hey"
"Hi" she said back quietly and I started to walk over to her
"Did they tell you?" she asked and I just nodded
"Why did you answer? You could have just let your friends say it" I said back
"Because I needed to say it. I haven't said anything about it or even mentioned since it happened" she said
"What else did they tell you?" she finished
I told her everything that her friends told me
"That sounds about right well except for one thing. I was the one that killed my father, not Isabella" she told me
"You didn't have to tell me that, why did you?" I said back
"I don't want to lie anymore" she said and then began to tell me all of her secrets, well except one
When she was talking I just hugged her and she began to cry again. After like five minutes she stopped and just looked at me
"Why did you come here? You didn't have to but you did" she said
"I wanted to see if you were ok" I said back
"Thank you" she said back
"I have one question to ask you though?" I said
"What?" she said laughing
I grabbed her hand and then asked "Will you be my girlfriend?"
She looked at me with a smile on her face and then said "Of course I will be your girlfriend" and then kissed me
I looked at my watch not knowing what time it is and then realized I have to go
"Hey sorry I got to go" I said kissing her lips once again
"Ok I'll see you tomorrow right?" she asked
"Of course" I said back and then walked out of her room and out the front door and somehow I had a smile on my face too
Lexi's POV
After he left I immediately grabbed my phone and called Addie
PHONE CALL
A- Hey Lexi are you ok?
L- Yes I'm great
A- Why do you sound so happy?
L- Oh I don't know maybe because Isaac just asked me to be his girlfriend
A- Wait he asked you to be his girlfriend
L- Yes he did
A- Please tell me you told him yes
L- Yes I did
A- Oh my god you have a boyfriend!!
L- Oh my god I have a boyfriend
A- Hey can I tell you something?
L- Of course, what is it
A- Mason may have just asked me to his girlfriend as well
L- Oh my god you said yes right?
A- Duh of course I said yes. I like him a lot
L- Oh my god we both have boyfriends
A- Oh my god we do
L- Why do we always twin in everything we do without even trying?
A- I don't know but we do
L- I told him all of my secrets
A- Wait all of them
L- All except for one
A- You might want to tell him about your sister, he might be able to help you find her
L- I know I should I just don't know how
A- All you have to do is tell him
L- Oh yeah I'll just tell him that I have a 6 year old sister that I don't know how to find because my mom gave her up for adoption when she was 3 because Isabella died. Yeah I'll just tell him that
A- Ok fair enough, but you have to tell him
L- I know and I will I just have to figure out how
A- Ok let me know if you need help
L- Ok
A- I'll see you at school tomorrow, bye
L- Ok, bye
END OF PHONE CALL
I went downstairs to grab a water bottle and a quick snack before I went to bed
When I got back up to my room I brushed my hair, and put on my pj's. The shirt was black and said 'GO AWAY I'M TRYING TO SLEEP', and the pants were black as well but didn't have any writing on them. As I was laying down trying to go to bed, I just kept thinking about Isaac, about how much I like him and didn't even know it, and about I can tell him about my sister.
